On March 27th I asked the assistant manager at the Weatherford store to recommend a good bronzer and a good intensifier. I bought the two that she recommended and then realized today that they were both bronzers but one was a white bronzer. I’ve only used the white bronzer lotion twice and that same assistant manager told me I could not exchange it or return it for an intensifier that I had asked for. When I pointed to the 30 day satisfaction guarantee she told me and I quote, “that’s the corporate thing, I can’t do anything in store”. I have been tanning with Palm Beach for many years and this was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with them. Not only is the management at this location Inadequately trained on the products that they are selling but they also do not seem to represent the values that the company says it stands for.

Critical: ProfessionalismThe lady at the front desk seemed so impatient with me and so rude. As soon as I walked in all she said was “name?” In a very rude tone. I mentioned I have only been to the Lubbock location once and when she took me back to the room she just put the color in and walked out. She did not make me feel welcomed at all. I did not have a very good experience and it made me very upset. I’m sure the rest of the staff is wonderful and the one in Lubbock was good to me the one time I went there. The lady at the front desk seemed so impatient with me and so rude. As soon as I walked in all she said was “name?” In a very rude tone. I mentioned I have only been to the Lubbock location once and when she took me back to the room she just put the color in and walked out. She did not make me feel welcomed at all. ***Update…Always clean. Employees are always very nice to me. Just wish they would remember my name. ****Update…They know my name…everyone there are so nice and professional and my tan rocks. Best beds in town. I actually tan due to a medical condition…the heat helps my pain. A nice summer glow is just a bonus.

I have been to several PBT locations. A couple of them have been excellent, but this one is the best yet. I’ll start with the staff: sometimes, the folks working at PBT are not that friendly, but that’s not the case at the Weatherford location. The girls are so upbeat, welcoming and helpful. The equipment is top-notch; in excellent spotless condition and all your extra needs have been provided for when you walk into the room. Thanks to the staff of PBT Weatherford for making my weekly tan such a pleasant experience. A+++

This place is a JOKE! I went in on Saturday (7/14) to get a spray tan membership. I spoke with the manager & she reassured me that their tans aren’t orange (I have a reddish undertone to my skin). She recommended a light tan for my first spray. So after the tan “cured” for the 12 hours they recommended, I showered & whatnot. It was a little too orange for my liking. So when I went in the next time, not even a week later (7/19) I told the girl working the counter named “Liv” that my last one was a bit orange. She recommended a dark tan….. I’m naturally a porcelain color & SHE COULD SEE THAT! She reassured me that there are no orange or red tones in the dark formula & that it would be totally fine. That night I had a dinner to go to & everyone kept commenting on how “dark” I was. I took it as a compliment & went about my evening. When I got home I was absolutely EMBARRASSED to say the least. I looked like an oompa loompa! I’m not sure if this Liv girl thought it was a bad joke to give me such a dark tan or not, but I DID NOT appreciate it at all.
