I just moved to the Mansfield TX, from New Orleans went there yesterday .. I can not remember the young lady that helped me, she has short hair and big blue eyes .. She was very sweet, and helpful.. she gave me a tour and showed me how everything worked, once at the register while paying, Appointments starting showing up she made sure to acknowledge them while they waited .. it’s great to see quality customer service especially now a days when there is a lack of it. I went with sunless tanning and she helped me choose some products … and my tan looks amazing love it . Super happy with the overall experience .. just wanted to bring it to the owners attention, although it got very busy at the end she made sure to acknowledge all her customers while providing service ! Thank you .

First Visit…. Talk about horrible company polices… listen to this one!!! Tan at this establishment today. Lost my debit card. Talked with Kelly the associate at the desk. Asked if they found a debit card. They will not tell you what they found over the phone you have to go in?? Well I could understand if it was jewelry but a debit card would have my name. I leave to go on my honeymoon cruise in the am and it would be really nice knowing it would be there for me ( with my id check of coarse) when I return. Makes me wonder if they might want to use it? I owned a hair/tanning salon for 25 years and never once had a problem with reassuring our guests that we found credit/debit cards. It builds relationships, trust, and customer loyalty! Now I’m faced with canceling it and going through that hassle. Would it had that difficult to let someone know. That person would of been ID to pick it up! . I’ll use my sessions and move on! Sounds like bad business to me!!!

I really liked tanning here. I had to get a tan for an upcoming vacation and I found this salon very easy going and comfortable. The girls working here were really nice and courteous. They keep it very clean and the beds are comfortable even for a broader shoulder guy like myself. I will definitely be telling my friends to come here for their tanning from now on.

Even after giving specifics of the conversation to freeze my account and evidence of not tanning in a month, Destiny the manager said that I could not be reimburse because there was not documentation. I respectfully reiterated that this was an employees mistake and not right, but was told that since I did not sign anything there was nothing she could do. Has anyone signed anything here before? The girl at the front was extremely sweet and I feel did her job completely fine. What I’m upset about is all the questions I asked to prevent what seems the inevitable. My hands are completely orange although I used the lotion and kept my hands where I was told. And my whole body is uneven (only sprays front and back, not sides) and blotchy. I got the mystic tan one because I was told by the girl versa would have a better chance making me blotchy. I HATE leaving bad reviews but when you pay almost 40$ you should get your money’s worth . 40 is a bit over priced when I can go to Cancun and pay 25 and they spray my whole body. I just feel like I wasted money, I’m pregnant or I would’ve tanned the normal way.

Usually a great store with great staff and tanning beds, however when I arrived just after 7:00 am this morning, it was closed. I finally left at 7:18, needing to get to work. If you can’t open at 7:00, don’t put it on the door. Funny how my payment gets paid on time every month, yet you can’t open the store on time every day.

Tonight my wife and I came in and Angelo was by himself but kept acknowledging everyone, especially us, that he would get us in the Versa right away , as 15 people all walked in one after another. Everyone sat patiently while he kept checking clients in, and in a matter of minutes he had the entire front cleared and in there desired tanning area! He never lost his “cool” and neither did any.clients! We live in Arlington, but come to Mansfield because of the entire staff, and I have been tanning with you since 2002!
