I have been going to this location for few years. Normally everyone that works there are very nice and I helpful. Not today!! So I put my account on freeze for few months an decided to unfreeze an start my account back up I have never done it before the girl working the front was very unhelpful an smarted off to me I work in customer service and I know we all have bad days but your going to loose more customers if this isn’t fixed . I’m still deciding if I’m going back after my month is over.

I am just leaving this salon in Burleson and I must say how wonderful the young girl was working there tonight. I don’t know her name, but she’s new only been there a few weeks and she’s young. 3 women all came up to her at once right before close and we each had an extensive question, or needed help because something was going wrong with the spray tan machine. I had no idea she was new, but I was thinking to myself this woman is handling these issues/upgrades/signins with kindness, concern, and efficiently. Another woman walks in as she’s caring her manager for a couple questions. She hangs up the phone, and once again thanks us for our patience I told her she was doing a great job and it’s no worries at all. She said thank you and gave credit to her manager being very helpful to her and not upset with all of her questions really helps when she’s so new. I say all this to say… It is hard to find an employee who makes a customer feel comfortable while they are under pressure. She didn’t get short or become she was complete opposite and I was very impressed by how kind she was. I’ve been coming here for a little while and some of the other girls could learn from her. (I hope they don’t read this and become bitter.. I’m a woman I know how girls can be).. anyway, great hire palm beach she’s a wonderful young lady!

Melissa is a horrible manager and guest relations employee. She needs to have a job where she doesn’t deal with people. I have only been in there a few times but now I am for sure never going back! She cuts people off, talks over them. Treats her fellow employees like trash and also treated my Fiancee and I as such. My Fiancee has been a member there for a very long time but after the way she treated him yesterday we are both speechless. She keeps hassling us to buy more tans. We keep telling her we are getting a tanning bed for our home and a big “no” on rejoining.After her being rude for no reason yet, again on him telling her no to rejoining he has decided to call your home office today, for sure. I have been a hospitality professional for a major player in the hotel industry for years and there we have spas etc. I know how people should be treated. I will be following up to make sure that she has her manager deal with thismatter. Whenever my Fiancee asked for her manager she totally ignored the question, cut him off and then says ‘ I don”t like the tone you are taking with me and you need to bring it down ” then she rolled her eyes and talked over me. In front of 6 guests that were waiting and all acted in shock and totally on our side that she was at fault.I hope your company can re-hire or re-train her to have social graces. Last time I came in to get a spray tan and she said to me ” Oh, so you are only getting one?” That is pathetic to be treated like this. I told her I am a bride -to-be and maybe I didn’t need more than one. To treat people like that just shows a total lack of compassion.

Some girls are very nice and a couple are so stuck up. They talk badly of their less expensive beds, ridiculous fees, and you even have to pay monthly to freeze your account. The girl actually scoffed at me for canceling my membership and not wanting to pay the fee to freeze it after I spent so much for three months of tanning. They even tell you you won’t tan in the less expensive beds trying to get you to spend more. It’s an awful tanning salon and that lady treated me awful just because I’m not rich and couldn’t afford to keep it even frozen. Which is ridiculous. They say it goes to credit but that’s really just taking your money so you have to spend it with them on a bottle of lotion they pay 20 dollars for but charge you 130.

Just went in to get a membership started and the Manager was extremely pushy and rude. I was trying to explain I wanted the lowest level and no lotion at the time, because I wasn’t going to tan that day, I wanted to upgrade next month to the biggest package but couldn’t do it right then and she completely ignored that and kept pushing her sale. She didn’t care for the customer but just to make commission off me. Haven’t even tanned there yet and debating on wether or not I should.

This is by far the worst tanning salon I have ever been to!!! I paid extra for the bronzing bed $60 a month, then was told I could only use the bottom of the line beds for 1/2 the time first week. Excuse me? I am 38 I think I know when to get out of a bed, then (oh it gets better!) I’m told my lotion will not work and could damage their bed because it was purchased more than 6 months ago. I said well I won’t use any today and I’ll get one before next time. Oh no!! They will not allow me to tan without lotion. So I said ok fine, what specials do you have. She shows me a lotion quotes it as $80 lotion with 25% off. Then proceeds to tell me she charged my card $190. To which I replied how does that add up? She said oh that lotion was a $103 we must not be having that special anymore. So let me get this straight…you quote me one price and charge me another, charge me for a bed I’m not even allowed to use and then tell me how long I can use ur bottom of the line bed?!? Ummm no thank you I’ll go elsewhere!!! Worst experience ever!! What a scam. Did I add she stated she was the manager. Melissa you’re by far the worst manager ever!!! When I asked when my refund would go back to my card she said “I don’t know I refunded it have a good day!” Beware!!!

The woman there treated my wife terribly for not being able to afford to keep her membership open or to even pay to freeze it, which is stupid. She came home with anxiety so upset after how they treated her and she’s heard them talk badly of customers while she was tanning before so she knew they would do it to her too. They always charged her crazy fees and constantly bothered her about spending more right after she would spend a lot with them. She started tanning because her doctor wanted her to for a skin condition and I hated seeing how upset not mad but upset she was after the way they would treat her. And always made her feel dumb for using the less expensive bed.

Terrible salon and rude rude women. Ridiculous prices and they talk bad about you right after you leave. They don’t tell you about so many fees that pop up on your account and you even have to pay to freeze your account. They also talk bad about the less expensive or as they say “cheap” beds and say you won’t tan from them. Don’t go here.

Critical: Punctuality, QualityCould you please get someone to check people in while you sell your lotion and promos? Also it would be nice to get what you pay for in the tanning beds. Level ones seem to be only thing open. I’m not sure if thats really most of what you have or what. This location needs work !
