Palm Beach Tan

Critical: QualityI travel for work so I decided to get membership at PBT because they have several locations. Since I’m staying in the Bedford Texas area I decided to try this location. I have a membership for spray tan and I went in this location for my first time. They were training a girl (I believe) and once they got me all set up for what I wanted I went into the spray tan booth and started my session. The spray nozzles went halfway down my body before they started spraying so the top half of my body did not get sprayed and I was getting the double dark. So I let it finish because you cannot shut off these machines and if you can nobody ever showed me how. So I said something at the front desk and they acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. The manager (I’m assuming) acted like I was bothering her and said “well let’s spray you one more time”. So I went back in the booth and undressed and stood in the machine for five minutes and it never came on. I had to get dressed again and go to the front desk and tell them to turn the machine on. There were four girls behind the counter and they all acted like they didn’t see me even though I was standing there with a paper cap on my hair. It was obvious there was a problem again with the machine they just didn’t want to deal with it. This time the nozzle was in the correct position but by the time I got done with the spray tan I was so sticky from all the liquid on me that I felt disgusting. I went home and showered off my spray tan. They were never rude to me by mouth but you can tell when somebody’s annoyed with you because they make little “sighs” and you can just tell by their demeanor.
