Palm Beach Tan

Critical: ProfessionalismMy granddaughter was given a courtesy tan because the machine malfunctioned during a previous session. We were told she could use it “any time” and so she saved it to use before prom. When she went in she was told that the tan had expired. I called and spoke to a young lady named Erin and was told they would honor the tan. I was polite as was Erin, and thought the matter had been settled satisfactorily. When my granddaughter returned, however, she was told that I had been “freaking rude” and that I had yelled at the young lady. This was absolutely NOT the case! I was in no way rude, nor did I raise my voice at all. I do not appreciate the way my granddaughter was treated, not do I appreciate her being lied to.
