The beds are great. Staff is nice. Tanned with them for years and never had a problem. Little pricey, but you get what you pay for in my opinion. My favorite is their Versa spray booth. Little bossy haha but I love it.

This is a great tanning salon! Austin, the manager, is always professional, helpful, and sweet. He knows so many customers by name as does his staff. All of the employees are prompt and courteous. The salon is clean and every bed is always working! I always feel happy when I leave there!

I purchased a sunless tanning session for my daughter. First they told me that she had been using a “primer” in the previous sessions I bought her. They handed us a packet for her to apply but she hadn’t ever used it. Extra cost. Second, after I purchased 1 session, I saw a sign about monthly unlimited sessions. The employee then showed me that it was the same cost as the ONE session I had just purchased. I asked to have it changed and I wanted to purchase the month of sunless tans. She informs me that she couldn’t do that because her manager wasn’t there to do an exchange. She told me to come back and I could purchase it at another time. So.. long story short… I will find another tanning company to use. If you aren’t willing to help your customer get the best deal then I do not need to do business with you… Beware!!!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe store level customer service is great. Super friendly, always helpful. Their customer service on the corporate level-or whomever answers the customer service line-TERRIBLE!! I cancelled my membership at the end of August. I had Covid and didn’t want to go into the salon to cancel it. Not to mention-I feel pretty positive this is where I contracted it too but that’s beside the point. So I wasn’t charged for Sept since I cancelled before the 25th of August. But October comes and I’m still not well enough to go out of the house etc but PBT charged me for Oct membership. So I called and was basically told I was a liar and never cancelled my membership EVEN THOUGH I WASNT CHARGED FOR SEPTEMBER and sorry you don’t feel well and haven’t visited the salon since mid-August but we aren’t going to refund your money. I have been a customer of their for years. I WILL NEVER RETURN. EVER. So you think it’s good business practice to keep customers money when they aren’t using your services? I’ve been a member of PBT since 2015. The staff is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about all things related to tanning. I am a Gold-level member, which comes with access to both level 1 and level 2 beds, as well as exclusive e-mail offers. I don’t use my membership as often as I would like, but every experience I have with this location is always a positive one! I never have to wait longer than a minute or two to tan, and the staff greet me by name when I come in. I won’t ever use anyone else!

Charged the full month even though I started my membership halfway into it. They then told me that I would get an adjusted rate for the second month. Even though I explained I only tan one month out of the year. So I paid roughly $60.00 for two weeks of tanning, because I am not going to spend $90.00 to tan for 30 days, when every other place I’ve been to go by the time you join. Very poor service in the fact that they didn’t explain that to me when I was signing up. AND the $20.00 membership fee is applied each and every time you start a new membership. So I will always have to pay it for again I only tan one month out of the year. Some places I’ve been to have the one time only membership fee. I wish this place was the same. Now their prices are comparable to everyone else. Not happy with my experience, especially since they charged $60.00 for TWO WEEKS.

Very disappointed I was there to buy a 1 month tanning session for my wife. They wanted my credit card..I was trying to avoid having that charge on my card. Simply so my wife would not see it. I offered cash. They don’t take cash.
