I’ve been tanning here a few months now and the girls are just so nice. Tonight when I went in, the lobby was packed full. Customers were being very rude and impatient, and I wish I knew the girls name working up front. She was so kind and stayed so patient even when being treated poorly. It was very obvious she was training two new girls, and was under pressure during the evening rush. She definitely deserves recognition- or a raise. I love this salon, people need to have more respect for these young ladies.

Palm Beach is a well maintained, safe, and clean salon. The staff is super helpful. They could use some cheaper drop in rates but you get what you pay for.

Super friendly and knowledgeable. Had a recent upgrade and the associate was super helpful in explaining the difference between the beds and even offered advice on enhancements to “boost” my color take. Coming from someone who NEVER tans… only white to red to white, I needed their help.

I have been going here for years. The staff is amazing, always helpful and nice. The store is always clean and up with all the newest equipment and products. The manager Casey has always made it a point to make sure I knew about the latest deals, offers and upcoming promotions that I might be interested in. I have had bad experiences at other locations but never here at the Rowlett one. Highly recommended.

Casey the GM is great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Kelli is very knowledgeable and friendly as well. The salon is kept very clean and they make you feel so important as a customer. They a very knowledgeable of all the products and tanning tips etc and always make sure your aware of promotions and specials in their store. I love this tanning salon an wont go anywhere else. I recommend this location to anyone who’s looking for a great tanning experience with a great atmosphere and staff that actually know what they are doing.

Staff not friendly at all. Manager sucks. I had to cancel my card for monthly withdrawal in August because of fraud. I explained the situation and she still tacked on $10 fee. I gave them new credit card info when I received it. Last 3 months, no problem. Went to tan last night and they said I owed monthly amount plus another $10 fee because withdrawal did not go through BECAUSE SHE HAD USED OLD ACCOUNT NUMBER THAT WAS CLOSED. Clerk called the manager at home and manager said not to let me tan unless I paid. I explained she used wrong account WHICH WAS HER ERROR! Called customer service today and explained what happened. She immediately removed $10 fee and processed my payment using correct account for withdrawal WHICH I HAD UPDATED BACK IN AUGUST and apologized that the Manager had indeed made the error. Don’t use this location. I’ve read many reviews on Yelp that Manager doesn’t know what she’s doing and rips you off.
