Staff is always friendly. Beds are clean. The only issue is that they are always short staffed. So, they shorten their business hours. There have been times I would get there only to see a sign that says closed due to no staff. Always call before going.

I loved the tanning salon. I am not one to talk much and it helped she didn’t try to make me talk. She was quick and helped other customers so that they didn’t have to wait while my stuff was being processed which being from a business that I know people hate waiting that was completely fine and understandable. I just joined and am super excited to get my summer tan going! 🙂

I love tanning here. All the girls are great honestly. Maggie is super nice & informative on all the packages and Kelsey is great at trying to sell me lotion and upgrade my bed every time i come in. Even though my answer is always no, I Love the enthusiasm! Great job girls, keep up the good work.

Mostly a great location and staff EXCEPT the “Manager” Chad is extremely unprofessional with absolutely NO People skills whatsoever. If I had not already been a customer Chad would have been the reason I would leave PBT. Ciara was very helpful in getting me started back with a good package and lotion.

After 4 years of not tanning, I started back and as always it was like I never left Planet Tan. You have an excellent manager at the one on Beltline and Plano Rd. Your staff is always nice and helpful. And, always a clean place. I love Planet Tan.

This place is horrible, take your money to one of the other 20 tanning places within 5 miles. You would think that they would realize the competition in their market and be more friendly and respectable to their clients. My wife and I came in and told them we were traveling and needed to establish a base tan before we left. They told us they would make a package that would work for us. Well it didn’t. They sold us a package with 5 tans that expired after 8 days. Not once did they mention that the tans would expire and wouldn’t do anything to make up for the tans we lost. Our question was why would you sell new tanners 5 tans in 8 days knowing that they wouldn’t be tanning every day. So after spending well over $100 and only using a few tans they basically stole the rest of the tans and did nothing to fix the situation. Never again and I’d recommend anyone to go to another company.

They have great equipment but the staff is absolutely horrible. I highly recommend you try another location. The girls at the counter tend to get bitchy when they try to sell you lotion and you remind them that you just bought one from them two days ago. They try really hard to smile but they still have unpleasantness written all over their faces. They’re like robots, it’s the same routine when you go in. Fake smile, harass you to buy something with the same dialog you heard yesterday. Not very inviting interactions, makes you feel really uncomfortable. The one in the glasses isn’t as bad but the tall pale blonde with the freckles is a moron.
