Love this location, and Dylan, the store manager is the absolute greatest . He knows me by name, is always so friendly, and everything is always clean in the salon . The entire staff has always been so warm and friendly. I really enjoy my experience every time I come to this location .

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI stood in the lobby for over 30 minutes waiting for another location to unfreeze my account. Not this locations fault… but what really pushed me over the edge is I had asked multiple times if I could tan and deal with this after so I could get my tan finished before close. Laurie Williamson kept helping other clients before me so by the time I was able to tan she told me they were closed and that she had already shut everything down… which is a LIE! other people were still tanning and she had been setting up other peoples tan time the whole time. I had been there WAYYYY before closing, and she waited until the very last minute to tell me I could not tan. Not this locations fault… but what really pushed me over the edge is I had asked multiple times if I could tan and deal with this after so I could get my tan finished before close. Her lack of professionalism was unbelievable. I spend well over $100 a month to tan and am consistently treated poorly.
