I was so excited to get my first spray tan; I signed up for the promotion for a free spray tan. I went into the building, signed the paper work, the employee put me into the system and took me to the room to explain to me the procedure for the spray tan. He then took me back to the front and then stated he could not honor my coupon. I asked why. I showed him my phone and the message from their site. He told me it should have had a barcode. This was my first time ever dealing with this so I felt it wasn’t my fault I wasn’t sent a barcode. He told me I would have to pay for my spray tan. I felt it was very bad business not to honor the promotion especially seeing I had never been there. I gave him my license, and my finger prints! They knew I had never been to any of their locations. I was there for an hour! I wasted an entire hour because I wasn’t sent a barcode. I am extremely disappointed and saddened that what I thought would be a new and exciting experience ended on a sour note.

Love this place! They are very helpful in finding what beds and products best work for you and your skin type. They have a wide variety of different level beds and they have the Versaspa, which was my 1st time ever seeing or hearing about it and I fell in love after my first use. I definitely recommend going here!

One star for great beds, but zero stars for the rest. Their lotions are much more expensive than other salons I’ve been to (and worked at), the salon itself smells like cigarettes and tanning lotion, and the unpresentable, all male staff made me feel very uncomfortable. They also failed to disclose to me that they would prorate through the end of the month, and then charge me for one month. I only needed 30 days of tanning because I was about to move, so they wasted a lot of my money. My friend had a great experience at a different location, but I would NOT recommend this one.
