I used the stand up red light device at this location before it became Palm Beach and was At the Beach. After a year I was going to let my subscription expire when they began installing an IR sauna. I was very interested in using a sauna so I joined for 3 months at the end of December 2022, paying a higher price than previous to use this sauna. Unknown to me, the business had been sold at the end of the year and the new ownership decided not to operate the sauna, and remove the red light bed at the beginning of 2023. These two services were the reason I had renewed in the first place. When I requested a refund they informed me they would not be able to do so. I respect their right to operate what equipment they chose, but if a customer pays for a service they should be refunded when the decision is made not to provide it. I would not recommend using this business.

I have been getting some very awkward tan lines from my current job, so I decided I needed to even them out for swimsuit season. Rene was fantastic to work with. She helped me figure out what membership/beds I needed and when I should tan since I work outside nearly all day. I completely suggest going in the evening and getting what you need from Rene.

One worker there is extremely problematic, it’s displeasing. I tried to cancel and a worker wasn’t clear about what was said I guess cause here I am a month later after my whole year subscription has ended and I got 100 dollars pulled out of my account today? I’m livid. Definitely not worth the hassle of the employees, confusion, & the missing money.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI love this place! The girls are so sweet and very informative. I definitely recommend using the red light before you tan. The red light brings the melanin to the surface, so you tan easier. I could tell a difference after the first visit!
