Yesterday I stopped by to sign up, my first time ever going to At The Beach. Wow, all I can say is the manager at the Mustang location, I think she said Julia was her name, I’m terrible at names, but she was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and explained what each bed did, and normally I wouldn’t have really put much thought in the sales pitch of the tanning lotions because well, lotion is lotion, but she explained the differences in the ones I had and the one I should be starting out with, I had no idea, so I bought some lol. She was so personable, you all are very lucky to have her!!! She was training another sweet girl, I, of course don’t remember her name, but both ladies were exceptional! Highly recommend!!! 🙂

Honestly I would leave negative stars for this place. I really do not understand why this company has any good ratings. My wife tans here weekly and the only time I have to go into their store is when my wife needs to change her credit card on file. It never fails, after we change the credit card, their system fails to charge the correct card because the undertrained clerk always forgets to remove the old card. I then get charged $10 all because a credit card declines. What I know is this company is on the verge of bankruptcy and honestly I can understand why. Your customer service is horrible and every time I come into contact with one of your workers they talk down to me, speak over me, or try to pick an argument over the $10. Keep the $10 fee because as soon as there is another option for my wife to spray tan we will cancel our service. You are simply fortunate right now that you are the only choice in the city I live in.

This has honestly been my best tanning experience ive ever had. I mostly go tanning every other day around 1pm. Each time I walk in I feel at home. Chelsie Furrow has the best customer service, she welcomes me with a great smile, the positivity she puts out with complements makes my day each time. Ive never seen her not working, the place is super clean, every room has towels. (Which is a big deal), I never have to wait for her to clean the bed I love, because it’s already done. (Another big deal). She makes sure I’m up to date on the BEST tanning lotion for my skin. (ComplexIon 1, 2 & 3 plus the awesome face lotion she told me about each bottle and how to use correctly) She tells me when there is a sale, or when to bring in empty bottles. This girl is AWESOME, it’s hard to come across employees with great attitudes and actually love what they do. She’s a keeper, I wish I could give her more than just a review. 100 stars would be better!! This girl deserves a pat on the back and maybe a gift card! Thank you again Chelsie Furrow!!

Went to my local At The Beach in Yukon today 05/04/16 and the store manager was tweaking, shaking, and then passed out in the back of the store. Thank goodness the maintenance lady was there to keep checking tanners in and make sure this girl did not die from whatever drug she was on. I love the beds and hours of this place, but they have BY FAR the most unprofessional people working for them that I have ever seen of any business, anywhere.

I’ve used other tanning places in Yukon as well as other ATB locations and this is the #1 tanning place in both categories! Beds are awesome, they are always helping you get the most from your experience, and the customer service is stellar. Definitely my favorite place and I’m glad to be paid through October of 2016. I never commit that much but when you find a gem, you gotta take advantage!
