DO NOT EVER GO TO AT THE BEACH !! so I went in before the wedding and told them I had two months to tan THATS ALL I WANTED. Somehow I signed a 12 month contract and can’t get out of it unless I pay 199$. I’ve asked for this contract 4 times now and have not received it nor seen what it even says.. I signed a BLANK black pen pad when signing and was never told I was getting into a 12 month contract with them! I paid 85$ the first day to “start up” and 82$ 14 days later because they draft out on the first of every month which I WAS NOT TOLD EITHER. So all in all nothing was explained to me and now I’m stuck in a 12 month contract because I signed a BLANK PEN PAD. Still haven’t received my contract that was supposedly sent to me! ♀️

This company offers terrible customer service. I have been charged a decline fee twice in the past 2 months because they failed to keep my current credit card on file. Great place. The customer service provided by the staff was great. I was educated on the specials and pricing. The girl who helped me helped me with the versa spa and recommended the lotions to help my tan last longer. My tan lasted for a good 5 days with level 3. They text me specials and discounts for me to use so I will definitely become a member.
