Great place and great staff along with reasonable prices. First, stay away from Glo tanning. They had the audacity to terminate my account because I posted a negative Google review. What was my review on, over the last three months I walked up at opening hours and waited 30 minutes before I had to leave because no one showed up. Their customer support number and the owner via Google. How many times did this happen? Five times since November. The owner commented that he would go ahead and cancel my account and return my January membership. I said please don’t do that. I have events that I am wanting to use your facility for and I’m not asking for it to be canceled. I walked up today to use their service and I was told that my account was terminated and there was nothing they could do because the owner did that I think if you’re going to be in business, you need to have a little bit more thicker skin than that. I’m telling you right now people, stay away from GloTan.

ATB continues to take a different amount out of my account each month. Every time I call customer service, “it’s a fee for this, a fee for that”. The Danforth location, most of the beds I pay a premium price for each month have not worked in over a year. The excuse is “they’re working on them”. I’m done paying what I pay for equipment that does not work.

I have gone to At The Beach for years, I usually go to the one on May in OKC bc I was under the impression it was the only one with a pro. I was told to come to the Danforth, Edmond location as they had a pro as well, which was exciting bc it is a lot closer to my house. The May store is way farther by a good 10-15 minute drive but I have never had an issue with them in the past years but instead went to the Danforth location in Edmond (where I reside and it’s less than 5 miles from me) and the past two months have just been one problem after another, not only is the pro constantly down, the employee today was rude, couldn’t find my card on file for the first time ( I have charged this card probably 20 times since I started tanning again a couple months ago), coded me for something I didn’t ask for after I said number 36 before letting me know the pro was down and told me, well go elsewhere because I said the pro is always down when I try to spray these past couple months but since I only spray and have to use the pro for the spray I get (36= bronze 2 + clear 2, which only works in the pro) it seems like a waste of money to pay for something monthly that I can’t use. You can’t provide the service you offer at that store and I keep getting stuck having to do a bronze 3 ( or drive to OKC) which is not what I want or why I pay for the monthly spray. I can understand a machine going down every once in a while but almost every time I’m there is just ridiculous. Would not recommend this location, go to the one on May.

I came in to get ready for the summer and the staff was helpful. They made it super easy for me to pick a package and didn’t make me do any contract at all. I liked it because it felt comfortable and the place was clean. They told me alot about tanning and what I should do to get my tan fast. I had a good time and am getting a great color.

Very friendly staff-Kate is very helpful and can provide all the guidance you need if you’re not a regular tanner. She is also good at sales but very diligently helped me stay within my budget. Very clean rooms and beds. I am not from the area and chose ATB based on the reviews. Highly recommend.
