I will be moving to the Fayetteville area soon. So, I decided to call the local tanning salons in the area, and I was lucky enough to talked with Payton. Payton was extremely professional. She was very knowledgeable, every question I asked her she knew the answer, she didn’t have to go ask somebody else or put me on hold. She talk to me like I have known her, my whole life. I look forward to moving to Arkansas and tanning with Palm Beach Tan.

Great friendly employees – above and beyond that’s what I noticed even when I had a complaint about my membership charge. The front could use a dusting around the windows and merch BUT it could be because of the remodel construction going on in Fiesta Square (long overdue). TIP: If you’ve never done a fake tan it will take you a few times to get your coloring the way you know you like it. So you might want to buy a membership just for the first month. I never had a spray tan and this is my personal opinion because there’s a learning curve for everything. Happing tanning!

Not a good tanning experience due to staff not providing good customer service. Dirty tanning bed and other equipment broken. The girls are so friendly, the beds are well-maintained, and the facility is very clean. I wish they would go away from the 24 hour policy and just let you go every day at the time frame you want (or at least give it a two hour window….like if I went at 11 yesterday, let me come at 9 the next day instead of exactly at 11 or later).

Most inconvenient, over priced, & unhelpful service! Start with a start up fee $15, then membership contract that you’ll have to cancel, which is prorated if you don’t start on 1st of month. No buying package. I’m not looking for skin cancer so in order to get the value you’ll need to tan 3 times a week! Not healthy! Told me I had an upgrade since the only stand up bed had a couple of people waiting for it. Go me into an upgrade bed and facial lamp in bed was not working. Told the girl when I got out & her reply was “yeah I know, guy is coming tomorrow to fix it”! Wow! Better off paying for membership at Planet Fitness and cheaper. They have same great beds, massage machines, and if you want to work out Bonus! Do not recommend this place!
