Working on my tan before my Maui trip! First tan done that’s my base coat next is to get darker and darker. This place is professional and business savvy! I signed up for a membership and since I travel they have other locations. I’ll be back I was very impressed by the beauty behind the counter. I forgot my necklace and got a call as soon as it was spotted. Love this place. I will say if you cancel make sure it’s before the 25th of the month or they will charge you!

I absolutely love this place! The staff are very kind and accommodating. The beds are always clean and I go there to relax and unwind and it’s always a pleasure when I go. Trista and Gabrielle are always a pleasure to talk and everyone there absolutely loves my daughter they are so welcoming warm hearted! 10 out of 10 I highly recommend!!!

This place is utterly ridiculous! Not impressed with this business at all.they charge 25$ just to sign up I wanted just 1 month….it was going to be almost 100 for 1 month for BASIC BEDS! (Bc I didn’t want to sign up for a membership) but I did bc it was cheaper which ok I semi get that they try to force auto pay on u which (is the membership) That is my first issue. I go in to tan WAS NOT TOLD THIS AT ALLL upon sign up! But in order to tan you can only go in 24 hrs after your last tan which is utterly ridiculous I’m used to going in everyday when I want. Then it’s bad bc I get there first and have to wait a min or two to tann and I’m here first and people are put into the bed before me that I’m waiting on not impressed with the way this is done AT ALLL

Tried to charge me a late fee for 16.00 because I am a senior citizen and I don’t get my social security check until the 3rd of each month. The problem is Palm Beach Tan runs everyone’s card on the 1st of each month.

Love the beds! I really like the stand up bed but its only 15 minutes max instead of 20. I recommend if your hiney hasnt seen sunlight in a while and its your first lay in the bed. Id only go 10 minutes maybe 7 because i went 12 minutes and the second time i went 13 and my butt was burnt!!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueSo I know multiple people who work here. They lie about sales on lotions for sales and are constantly pushing their products. Example, they’ll say “this lotion is usually $160 (when it’s really $80) but it’s on sale 50% off today only” and make you believe that you’re getting a deal. They push all their employees to do this. And if they don’t they are punished by removing their commission or docking their hours. Example, they’ll say “this lotion is usually $160 (when it’s really $80) but it’s on sale 50% off today only” and make you believe that you’re getting a deal.
