I walked up for a spray tan appointment and the women at the front desk were great. They were friendly, helpful, and sold the products well but weren’t pushy about it at all. They got me in and out in 15 minutes and made sure I knew the process inside and out. Very affordable spray tan option for a special event. Would definitely recommend.

I never feel pushed. Very informative of any questions I have. Staff always friendly. Love that you can freeze at any time. Always let me know that I have credit or when things are on sale. I never feel rushed, even if there is someone waiting behind me (b/c another worker will usually appear and keep things rolling)

I’ve been going to this sight for almost 2 yrs. The staff is always awesome & their sales are usually pretty good. The rooms are clean and the towels don’t have any odd smells, unlike some other places. The spray tans always turn out great too! I can’t wait to start tanning again this month…. hello sunshine

Brooke helped me immensely tonight. She helped meet my needs every step of the way and created the best tanning experience possible. She was more than helpful – she was personable and above all else she was so kind and patient to a total stranger. She made me feel welcome and answered all my questions perfectly. The salon was clean and organized. The beds are probably the highest quality beds I’ve been in and I’ve tanned at several salons around the US. This might actually be the best salon I’ve tanned at and for that its an easy 5 stars.

I left a ring in one of the rooms 30 minutes before closing time. I left a message and called in the next morning so that I could go pick it up. A staff member told me to call the supervisor (Ashley), so I did. Ashley told me she would get back to me that evening after watching surveillance. I didn’t receive a call. I stopped in there a week later to cancel my membership and speak with another staff member. She told me that the store manager would be back the following day and she would follow up with me. I believe she told me her name was Lexi who would be following up. I left all of my information and never did receive a call. I understand they’re not responsible for lost or stolen items, but I received a huge lack of customer service. Ashley also told me that the staff members are supposed to go in each room and clean before the next person tans. I didn’t think that another person would have went in there to tan, given the time I left the salon. I’m highly disappointed!

Bad customer service. I get told from one employee that I can still use my membership until a certain day and the next day I’m being told a completely different story from another employee and being charged. The employees clearly don’t know what they’re doing and tell you what you want to hear when you’re buying something. Very disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere after being a member for awhile.
