I used the most expensive spray-tan machine as I was told that it would give me a deep color. However, when I came out I expressed my doubts to the staff that it actually sprayed me and could all ready see (due to getting a bronzer in addition to the spray) that it wasn’t going to be very dark. I was told to wait a day and that if the tan wasn’t noticeable to come back and they would “take care of me”. 24 hours later I still looked pale. I not only went back in in-person but also called several times and was assured that I would be refunded by corporate which never happened.

First, I HATE the 24 hour policy. It makes it difficult to just go at a convenient time. 2nd idk if it is bad bad or bad lotions, but after a month of tanning, no one has even noticed i have been tanning….even after i mention it. Both the lotions and the tanning are expensive for such poor results. Most of the girls are friendly.

I try to steer clear of membership tanning. I felt that once I made it clear that I was no going to buy one, I was treated like I didn’t matter. Especially when I had to wait for three people to get checked in after me, then there was barely a wipe down of my bed and the top wasn’t touched. I’ve worked at two tanning salons, and that is a bad sanitation. Also for the price ($12) I expected the bed to not be so old. There also should of been more than one person working the counter. I won’t be back.

Worst experience ever! The employees there are SO rude and aren’t trained properly on how tanning works. They made up some bullshit that you can only tan every 24 hours when no other tanning salon makes you do that. They are just trying to steal your money. On top of that there are dead roaches everywhere which means, there are live ones around there. DON”T TAN HERE EVER!
