I had two girls go there for a spray tan and the first girl was sprayed with cleaning products threw the machine. Then After they got the machine to spray tan.Then when they left the machine they were still dinged in orange spray which meant the dryer didn’t work when they left the machine. The floor was sticky and it just was a good experience.

This place was really awesome. I called and talked to someone on the phone about prices and monthly payment options, and that lady was super nice. Not all tanning places have nice staff, but this place does. That phone call led to me coming in, and a different staff member was just as nice and thoroughly went over all of the package options that they offer for spray tanning, which is what I was interested in. I ended up purchasing a monthly package, and the tanning booths were really clean. She took the time to answer all of my questions, and I ended up with a great spray tan. I can’t wait to keep coming back!

For the most part I’ve been happy with the business however it would be a major plus if the machines would be fixed in a timely manner. I’m paying for spray tanning and for 2 weeks havent even been able to use the machine i choose….yes I’m aware there’s another however the 4 path is the one I choose and considering what I pay i prefer to use the one I want and does a better job….

I just was at the La Vista location and Madison helped me. It was the best customer service I have ever had. she was so patient, helpful and nice!!!! She helped me get the best package and products that worked best for me, and she as right!! I got a really good result and will ALWAYs take her advice! They were a more honest company as Ashley Lynns! Trying to cancel a membership you never wanted is a nightmare. Can’t do it by phone and when you go in it doesn’t get canceled properly the first time either! Don’t bother trying to ask for a manager for assistance. They are never working. Only the young 16 year old who really can’t help. Nor was never trained to understand the meaning of customer service.

Not impressed with a young newer manager. She acts like she is above her customers and is probably only in her early 20’s and seems very disrespectful to her older customers. Very impressed with the rest of the staff. They are very friendly but seem stressed when I have come in under this young manager’s hours. She also is not willing to seek customer satisfaction. More set on rules and telling people no. Does not seem willing to find an alternative to help a customer. Let’s them walk away instead.

I’m a working mom so when I get off i enjoy coming to Palm Beach to tan to help relax my mind and body. Lately, service hasn’t been great except when this one particular girl works, I’m not sure how to spell her name, she has blue eyes with freckles and she was there today when I went to tan. I apologize for not knowing her name. She’s always so kind and helps you out with whatever you need. Please let her know how much I appreciate her assistance and her awesome attitude. I absolutely LOVE tanning here!! The staff is very friendly & seem to know everybody by name…it’s crazy!! They’re great!! They don’t shove products down your throat & seem to be a very cohesive team! This location is a little further than the one just literally 2 blocks from where I live BUT well worth the drive!!!
