don’t be confused by the ratings. Most of these reviews are from when it was Celsius. Unfortunately, it’s been awful since Palm Beach took over. The last 2 sprays i got didn’t work at all. They will not honor packages and said everything I purchased expired. Their prices are much higher than anywhere else in the area and much higher than when it was Celsius. The worst part is the horrible customer service. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Do NOT tan here. Unbelievably terrible customer service. They do not respond to you when you have questions and REFUSE to give you a refund for services. Long wait times for tanning and just over all rude, unfriendly staff. I canceled my membership months ago and their employees never processed it correctly. Huge waste of money you might as well tan yourself at home or go to another salon. Unbelievable business practices and you have to pay extras to really get a dark tan.

This tanning salon is great! I’ve never had to wait more than 5-10 mins, and that is rarely ever the case. Most tanning places tend to be staffed with snobby girls, but that’s not the case here. All the ladies here are super friendly and helpful. Especially the short girl with the fabulous lashes! Highly recommend! Tanning

Doesn’t take appointments so you have to walk in and just cross your fingers that they’ll be able to take you. I tried to do this but when I walked in no one was up front. I waited for a few minutes before a kind younger woman poked her head around the corner to let me know she would help me in a minute. I waited a few more minutes and the younger woman came back with an older woman. The older woman was visibly frustrated and didn’t acknowledge me, while the younger woman apologized to me while they did something at the counter. The younger woman finally offered to help me at another counter. I asked if I could get a spray tan and heard the older lady mumble “we don’t have time for that” again without acknowledging me. The older lady then mumbled “we close soon.” Another customer came in asking for a spray and the older woman said “we don’t have time for that, we close soon” without looking at any of us. The younger woman was very kind and explained that one of their machines were broken and there were several people already waiting and they wouldn’t be able to get to us. I confirmed that they do not take appointments. She let me know that they’re open from 8-8 tomorrow and that I could try again tomorrow.

It’s ok…. Actually they were rude and wouldn’t let me spray tan…. Said she had to clean the spray booths 45 min before closing hmmmm its a 3-4 min process when I worked there.

Signed up for a membership here a couple weeks ago, with my significant other, we have yet to actually use the beds we’ve been paying for. They only have one bed for the third highest membership, you think they would’ve made that clear when signing up. Also coming in at 2:10 to be told I can’t use the bed because someone has an appointment at 2 but they’re running late and they don’t know when they’ll be there. It’s a little unprofessional you think your employees would explain to you in the first place that you should be making appointments if you want to get what you pay for. Then telling your customers that you’d give them an upgrade but they’re too afraid of getting in trouble. Sounds like great management that your employees are terrified of you instead of providing good customer service.

Went in to try to tan and it was a 30 minute wait. I decided to go eat and come back and it was still a 30 minute wait. This is not the first time. It seems like ever since Palm Beach took over the wait is 30+ all the time. My wife has had the same experience. Tanning

The rain couldn’t stop me from getting my mystic tan! The staff was extremely helpful as I have never had a mystic tan before. The booth was extremely user friendly and the whole process was super quickly. I am loving the color and the staying power is going strong. I will definitely be back soon!
