I just wanted to update my review of Palm Beach. When they bought Celsius, they came through and made some less than ideal changes. But what has kept me a customer is 100% the employees. Alyssa, Rileigh, Kenzie and Sarah have been absolutely fabulous. These ladies have worked hard, held down the place and provided the constant updates on all changes, new beds and most importantly had so much patience! They really need recognition. And really it’s all the staff! Thank you and good job holding the place down.

Seriously the most outrageous prices I’ve ever experienced One of the girls there told me it was going to be $50 for one tanning session in a bed when I asked her what the month was it was $80 why would you try to sell someone a one-time visit when you know a month is going to be a better deal It’s things like that that just make me know they’re not in it for the people they’re just in it for the money sad fact of life however I did find a place that was able to charge a great price and had outstanding beds the best bet I’ve actually been in was one of their level twos….. I would suggest going to Koppa-KA-tana for all your tanning needs!!!!

This salon is really great! They have every kind of tanning beds and 2 great options for spray tans that don’t make you look orange or patchy. My only complaint with this place is the 24 hour hold on your account (so if you tan at 2pm one day, you can’t tan again until 2pm or later the next day. This makes it more of a challenge to fit tanning into your schedule! Also they do not except cash! Staff is friendly and helpful. You just have to put up with a few annoyances.

The beds are awesome. When they stay on for the full 12 min. More than a few times they shut off up to 7 min early. Staff advised it is a cooling off mode? The salon is kept clean. They provide you with towels, hair nets, lotion and more. So it is very accommodating. Overall I am happy with the service . 🙂

I was in town for a couple weeks last month, I live in Arizona. My family was giving me grief about not being as tan as I should be, since I live in the desert. The reviews were pretty good here so I stopped in for a spray tan…to make myself feel better. Sarah and I laughed about my reason for coming in. She was super sweet and very helpful. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town! Overall, awesome experience! Thanks again, Sarah!!

Staff was nice enough, not sure they like their jobs, but the business practices and charging rates are outrageous. Unclear communication about policy regarding deadlines to cancel/adjust plan cost me $200. Sure I should have read the fine print, but I repeatedly told the staff I’d not need the plan after two months and still I was charged for a third month I won’t use.

The staff here is so nice! They could tell I was not a regular tanner and this was my first time trying their spray tan. They explained the whole process and made me feel very comfortable. I’ve done spray tans before but what I really loved about this was it was heated! I loved the glow it gave me and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I would recommend this for sure!

I tanned there on free tan weekend and was glad I did. I hadn’t in years. My girlfriend is a regular and opts for spray tan. Girl’s that work the front counter are always informative and pleasant to speak with. Great customer service. Prices seem a little high but, I think that everywhere these days.
