Happy to see items I use back in store now. Glad to have all items in stock that are needed for spray tanning sessions. It would be helpful for those who have a 10+yr Gold Membership to have a notation on their accounts as to not have to make sure we’re not being charged for Dark color every visit. Signing up was easy staff is always more than happy to answer any of my questions and they do not try to up sell me with pricey product how ever I did try the Amythist collection and it is amazing and worth the price it is. Tanning at this facility has been very frustrating from beginning to end. To start with, I had my account on hold and my card expired. They proceeded to keep charging my card because the # never changed but charged me a fee for my card expiring.

The manager Stella and employee Riley are extremely helpful and always have smiles on their faces. Even when busy, they make my experience a positive one. Critical: ProfessionalismBe very very careful about what they are telling you about their monthly programs. Evidently, I foolishly signed up for a program that ended up costing me 65.95 per month, without realizing it was going to be that much. I tanned once in March and then forgot about signing up. To date I have been charged $380 for nothing. When I called about my mistake, I asked if I could put the account on hold and use the services for which I have already paid. The manager said no. Also, you can’t just call to terminate your account, I now have to go in and sign another form. This is a result of my being stupid, but I think it is a shame that they couldn’t work with me at all and I’m just out $380. Store is very, very dirty. What a difference a few months can make. I was here last year and it was great. No supplies in spray booth and two staff just setting on couch in lobby. Very strange experience.
