I haven’t tanned in a really long time. The girl at the front desk explained pricing, packages and tanning bed levels. She was patient and kind. I told her what I wanted my tan to look like and she gave me suggestions. I am very happy with this place. Every time I leave they ask me how my tan was and say goodbye. Kindness goes a long way.

My experience was good and my technician was great and very helpful. My only problem is that I put tons of barrier or blending cream on my hands and feet before i used mystic tanning booth, but my hands and feet were the darkest parts on my body. my hands were very much brown and the bottoms of my feet were black. I thought this was very weird because my arms looked like they didn’t tan very much at all. I exfoliated some of the darkness off of my hands and they look a little bit better. I did research on mystic and it looked like i was supposed to put something at the bottoms of my feet but i was not told about anything for my feet. This was my first time getting a spray tan so maybe it was my fault but if anyone could help that’d be great.

Went back to Pacific Beach after trying a different company. Pacific beach doesn’t compare. You get far so quick. I tan in the turbo and turbo plus beds. A little pricier, but worth every penny considering u don’t have to go as often.

Clean!!! Very knowledgeable staff, always friendly, never pushy! Of the many tanning places I have used before, PBT has the most to offer. Several bed types and options, several sunless spray opions, products. Lots of sales, deals, and discounts often. However, my big selling point personally: Super Clean! Cleanest place I have encountered.

The place itself is nice, and clean. But their billing practices are shady. I wish I had read reviews prior to signing a contract and maybe I wouldnt havent gotten burnt. You will sign the contract for XXX AMOUNT of months and then they will charge you more than what you signed up for. And claim that your first payment was not part of your package and they have NO WAY of adjusting payments. You also have to cancel in a 15 day window or you are also responsible for the next months’ payment as well. The reviews are recent reviews so dont let them tell you it was from when they updated their systems. Oh and they’re in NO HURRY to make contact with upset customers. They’d rather risk losing business.

They are highway robbery!!! They wont let you just tan you have to join them and they have fees for everything. Hell for us to tan unlimited for a month was over 100 dollars. For one sample package of lotion is 13 dollars. So i went down the road and got another package same bed for half the price and a bottle of lotion for a lil more!! I wouldnt recommend them at all since they changed name. Hell tan co is cheaper then them!!!
