If I could give them zero stars I would! Ever since it changed from pacific beach to this, it has been absolutely horrible. I got a membership there and they told me I never made a payment, which I had record of paying it. I tried contacting the manager and finally she got back to me stating that they didn’t have a record of it and I would have to pay my Rd balance before tanning again. I’m never going back again, and they can try to keep charging me every month but it won’t work. Start treating your customers correctly and maybe you’d get more business like PB had.

What a scam!!! Stay away!! Worst place to do business!! I paid for a one month membership with no contract. Advertised for $14.95 per month unlimited tan. But, then told an additional $20 processing fee when it’s time to pay. They also don’t tell you that the only bed you are eligible to use is bed 7. When you walk in to tan (they don’t take appointments) and bed 7 is taken, they want an additional $15 per session to use one of their many other open beds. What a joke!!! I asked when my monthly expired (thought it was either April 4 or 5) and was told whenever I cancel it. Carleigh, the so called manager, who obviously doesn’t understand the definition of customer service, told me my credit card was automatically being charged as of March 25 for an additional month. What??? Why??? I said I only wanted a one month, which began March 5. Carleigh told me “well not according to the contract you signed and was explained to you.” Again What??? I didn’t sign a contract. Carleigh “yes we have it on file.” I asked her to show it to me. She printed it out and guess what? IT WASN’T MY SIGNATURE!!! Yep they forged my signature and committed credit card fraud by charging my card without my authorization!!! Unbelievable this place is even in business!!

Tanning associate was very knowledgeable and friiendly. The rooms were clean and the bed with both bronzing or light therapy is wonderful!! You can do just Vitamin D therapy OR have it scan your skin and give bronzing rays in the right amount for your skin! Its awesome!
