I’ve been a loyal customer at the store for a good 10 years now . They are closed today and they are supposed to be open. couple of times I understand but this is like the 5th or 6th time this has happened to me and it’s getting pretty irritating I pay my membership fee for a reason I wanted to be open during business hours when I go there not closed.

Critical: PunctualityIts Sunday, they are supposed to be open til 6pm. I went at 415pm and the place was closed. Why am I spending 80$ a month for no one to be working?? Shiloh store doesn’t do this. Maybe its just the collinsville girls?

Still waiting to hear back from corporate for a refund which I doubt I’ll ever get back. And then they auto-charged my account on June 1st when I didn’t even realize they had opened back up. I even was keeping up with the website and watching updates on Facebook. They kept changing the dates they were suppose to open. I just want my money back. I don’t even need to tan now that my trip was cancelled due to covid 19.

I just started my summer tan again at Pacific Beach! The worker was so nice,and their beds are awesome! and better prices then other salons. Today I did the aqua massage and then i tried the Versa Spray Tan, love it.
