Critical: ProfessionalismI would never patronize this business again. They are scammers and try to take advantage of people in their own community. I’ve been a member for several years until a recent dispute regarding my account. I very clearly told the associate that I wanted to freeze my account after purchasing one month of tanning. After 3 weeks of my package I show up one day to tan to find a note taped on the door saying that the location was currently closed until further notice. I was unable to use my last week of my package. I later find out that the associate that set up my account did not freeze me account like I had requested. When I finally notice the reoccurring charges on my credit card, I called to clarify. I spoke with the store manager who allegedly called the general manager, Both of whom were unwilling to help me or refund my account. I recently had an emergency spine surgery and was on bed rest for the following 6 weeks unpaid. I was unable to use the services they charged me for even if I wanted too. And was facing an extreme financial hardship. After explaining all of this to the managers they both were still very firm in the statement “there is nothing we can do for you”It’s sad, I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this buisness. I will now refer myself and all of my friends to patronize ANY other salon in this area, considering palm beach tan clearly does not care enough about there members to accommodate a mistake made on THEIR behalf.Service: TanningI would never patronize this business again. I would never patronize this business again. They are scammers and try to take advantage of people in their own community. I’ve been a member for several years until a recent dispute regarding my account. I very clearly told the associate that I wanted to freeze my account after purchasing one month of tanning.
