This location sells you the top tier without having enough beds to support the need. Their solution is to move you down a level. Why would I be happy with LESS than what I paid for? This will be the last contract renewal. There are plenty of other companies who are willing to provide the exact service that you have already paid ahead for.

I’ve been wanting to cancel this membership for over four months. I have a busy schedule and can’t always come in. I’ve called to ask if I can cancel over the phone, but they said no. I asked if there’s anyway I can get refunded or if they can give me some kind of credit, they wouldn’t work with me. They also bought out the salon I was at before and I spent at least 55 dollars on infrared sauna sessions that I never got and never got refunded. The only thing they gave me at the salon to “refund” me was one bronze tanning session. I just wanted my money back for something I paid for and couldn’t get. They wouldn’t even let me use the credit to buy another lotion or product in store. Horrible customer service. Definitely never signing up with the again. Took so much of my money when I didn’t even use their service for the last four months.

Great value for standard tanning beds. Easy monthly membership. My advice if you want to pause your membership is just to quit and rejoin at a later time. “Freeze” payments benefit the studio more than the customers. Friendly and non-pushy staff.

very very bad customer service!!!!! Before you buy any package have in writing and with their initials when it expires how many you have left etc. do not get screwed by them. They take your money and don’t give you info or hide some info from you and then when you come back they tell you that your package expired. When you tell them this is that you were told they are still rude to you. Will never come back nor recommend it to anyone I know! I will let everyone know not to go there! The best marketing is your mouth and they don’t realize it!!!! Good luck with your business because you guys are horrible!

Palm Beach Tab is pretty awesome. I can’t bring myself to give it a 5 star review because their prices are outrageous. Not the staff’s fault, but I have to cancel my subscription because who could possibly afford $115-155/month for a tan in their “best” bed?
