Very convenient salon. I wish I could say I look forward to going into that room. It’s absolutely freezing and the spray is “cold as ice”. Isn’t there someway to warm it up? Even the “dry” is cold. Not a fan of this spray tan bc of the “cold” and wish there was an alternative somewhere else. but I do like the outcome. There must be a way!! Horrible. Drove over 30 minutes to get a spray tan. Arrived at 8:30 when the store doesn’t close til 9. After waiting in line til 8:40 the worker told me they can no longer do spray tan after 8:45, it wasn’t even at 8:45 quite yet and wouldn’t put it in? Horrible workers, horrible service

I did give them 4 stars because they’re one of the best tanning salons around but I will say that the owner needs to place a little rug or runners in the rooms because when you have to take your clothes off in that freezing Building, you then have to walk barefoot to the tanning bed. This is kind of gross considering that it the ground is cold and dirty because of all the hair in the dust that they seem to never clean. And then to think that you have to get into the stand-ups and step where all the other women have stepped hoping that they have actually sanitized. So word of advice to the owners please clean your rooms of all dust and hair that’s floating around and sanitize. I will have to say the service could stand to be a little better because when I went in to ask about a membership they sold me 10 visits for around $150 when I’m going to be here for 5 months I wanted to get some kind of plan, Well the lady didn’t tell me that you could do month-to-month and it would only cost you $50 every month. So I could have had 3 months of almost unlimited tanning for $50 instead of spending three times as much for only 10 visits, way to steal your customers money and lie to them

Critical: QualityThis was my first time doing a spray tan and I was so excited. I waited 6 hours after my spray tan to take a shower and when I went my whole tan went away when I got out my skin looks back to the way it was when I didn’t have a tan. Will not be going here again. Wasted 40$. It’s the next day and still looks the same as my skin color

Upset with communication between the staff. I downgraded my membership for winter time but still paid for the upgraded full month. The computer system is giving the staff issues. 3 times I’ve had to explain my situation because no one put a note in my chart explaining it or told the employees. It’s incredibly frustrating. Other than that it’s a nice salon and I recommend it.
