I am writing this review because I have contacted human resources through Palm Beach Tan, but have yet to receive a response. I was wrongfully fired from Palm Beach Tan last Wednesday. I was fired by the district manager, Faith Duda, and the regional manager, Cara Oberklaus. Both managers accused me of stealing from the company and committing theft. I want to make it clear that the only thing that I have ever done was give a couple of my own tans to a customer who was down on her luck and was feeling depressed. One day, she had come into the salon in tears because of a family situation that was out of her control. As a nice gesture, I let her tan only a handful of times under my account. I find it highly unjust that Palm Beach finds this kindness as an act of theft. I have never, ever stolen a dime from Palm Beach Tan.

I am writing this review because of the sweet girl who is working at this location. I won’t use her name because it was so strange. I had an unfortunate experience with the versa spray tan that malfunctioned and I called the store after I got home and the sweet girl who was working said come back tomorrow and we will take care of you. As a side note this Young Lady is working by herself in this location and was dealing with a busy day. She was very professional and took her time with each client as I observed (and some people were NOT patient). I did come back the next day after work and she remembered the situation and set me up with another spray tan… but I was up sold other products to complete my previous botched spray tan. As I was paying for more products, a man was leaving his tanning session and saying good bye. This is where my red flag went up! He was very inappropriate with this young lady by asking when do you work next and the whole vibe was creepy. I felt for this young girl who works there by herself and it made me so upset to point of why I am writing this. To the owner, please be sure your employees are safe. I was there when this man was speaking with her and I was cringing with the inappropriate exit conversation he was having. Please be safe and please be a respectful patron when you visit this location.

This was my first time at this location. I rarely go to this chain. Jenn was incredible! I have an event this weekend and she spent about 20 minutes running through all my options and discussing different products and pro and cons. She went out of her way to accommodate my budget. She was super knowledgeable and took me in to give me a thorough walk through on the bed we picked. And speaking of the bed, it was fantastic. Noticeable difference immediately
