Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueEli was wonderful in helping pick out a package and product that would work for my goals. He was very professional and courteous even though he was handling about a dozen customers at once. The only awkward part was when he asked his manager (Nicole, I believe) to assist him with the number of customers in line, she stormed out of her office, was rude answering phones, short with her sole employee (slamming doors in his face, ignoring him when he said “thank you” for helping, etc.). Not sure if she was just having a bad day or what, but was really off-putting to see the way she was treating a very helpful employee who was clearly doing the best he could, with a smile on his face the whole time. The staff is incredible. I only do they give me great advice on lotions and which beds to use, they have so much knowledge. I’ve been tanning for years and I’ve never been to us along with the staff knows so much about their products. They are always friendly And even remember me. I’ve been to many locations but the Plymouth location is by far the best. It is always clean, employees are amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the beds in the lotions. I have been to many locations but the Plymouth one is by far the best. Every time I walk in Kellie goes out of her way to make sure that I am getting the best tan possible with the best lotions. The place is always so clean. Love the staff!

The staff here is very welcoming and friendly. They showed me all the different style beds and gave me their personal suggestions to what would suit my skin best. The bed I used was called Sun Angel and it was AMAZING. It actually takes a test scanner to my skin tone and customizes the light bulbs from the skin scan. Didn’t burn at all. Definitely will be coming back!!

Palm Beach is so great. The environment is soothing and relaxing, and it wouldn’t be that way if the staff wasn’t as awesome as it is! Kellie is the best manager ever! I walked in here as a first-timer and they’ve given me the tools and knowledge I need to feel and look my best.

I recently started using this tanning salon, with in the last month. The staff if very knowledgeable on the tanning process and they are very professional. The Salon is clean and well kept. The rooms are orderly and organized. The beds are kept up and aren’t run down looking at all. This salon is one of the best I have seen in the last few years.
