Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismPlace is clean, appealing, and overall just a little classier than other tanning places I’ve been to over the years. I get the best color with their beds compared to other places as well. Staff is super friendly!! Only bad experience is there is one staff member who tries to sell me product every time I come in. Doesn’t ask if I’m interested just tells me about a lotion, and says “so that would be x amount today”. I personally really hate being sold to, especially if I’m not in the market for the product at the time AND i didn’t ask for a run down and sales pitch. I get they need to sell, but I suggest asking “would you like me to show you one I think you will like “ instead of just forcing the sales pitch on me. I was in over a month ago (May 2019) and did not know that Darque Tan was purchased by Palm Beach Tan. She was not overly friendly and especially when i was asking where my money went from my Darque Tan account. I was calm and patient but felt like she was not helping me, she just kept looking and saying there was no money in account. I was concerned because I left A LOT of money in there. I would buy packages when they had the bogo deals. It was close to $150. My information was to be given to a manager or corporate and someone would get back to me. I never heard anything. Since I was finally there to tan I didn’t want to just leave so I had to pay over $20 for one tan and not even the full time. Darque tan would have definitely given me a courtesy tan for the trouble as they were always awesome. I could have purchased a monthly pass for the price of a tan. I didn’t because I wanted no ties to them until I knew what was up with my account. I was not happy with my experience and I would say I’m not going back, but I have a lot of money coming my way and I have no idea how they will find it if the system is wiped clean.

Used to love this place when it was Darque Tan. Never had issues until they switched. First time in the employee gave me attitude for wanting a spray tan. Basically didnt want to deal any paying customers. Also my credit from Darque tan i havent been able to use because i keep getting told they need a manager to ok it.The second time i went in for a spray tan was basically made to buy at home products. i had told the employee 3 times i wanted a mystic spray tan. Was told i could return up to seven days, its only been 3. Then was told that it would be a store credit which I was not made aware of when purchasing. So now i have store credit and i will never return. Pointless and feel conpletely used.
