Came in to try and build some color before a trip to Mexico. Taylor was very helpful, informative and kind. She provided a lot of information about what would be best to use (beds/lotions) in the time frame that I was looking to accomplish a tan. Even if the recommendations were a little more expensive than the other options, she was not pushy about it. My first experience at this Palm Beach was wonderful! I look forward to returning

I give them 4 stars because I like the tan that I’ve been getting, but I don’t like the tanning bed they’ve been putting me in the last few times. It’s like an old, kind of broken one. I got a membership and like really updated it and so I feel like I should be getting the better beds. But I am definitely still getting tan! Also, you guys should definitely have sample lotions for your customers. 100%!

There is a guy who has been working at least on Wednesdays and Fridays who is extremely pushy and judgemental. I’ve been coming in for years and have felt so judged by my spray tanning choices by him. He has come off as very fake to my face on multiple occasions and has literally insulted my personal spray tanning choices to my face which makes me have to think about the days I actually want to come in to avoid him. I also do not trust him on his recommendations when I want to upgrade and want to make sure that the recommendations from a year ago are actually adhered to. I feel bad for the girls who have to work with him.

I’ve been a member for years and have been going to this location most of the time… I have started driving even farther away to a different location because I can’t stand the pushiness and uncomfortable feeling I get from the assistant manager here. EVERYTIME I come to this location the type of lotion I’m bringing is nitpicked and I’m always pressured to upgrade my plan. I only go tanning to help with my rosy cheeks, I don’t need anything too special.. I get that that’s their job but he should take a hint when people say no and are clearly uncomfortable with what he pushes. I’ve seen it with other customers as well. I go to the EP location now and I LOVE it!

I came in a little late and they said, “No problem…if you go past close a bit, we’ll be here for awhile anyway. ” I was impressed with their positive attitude and all around pleasant demeanor. The tanning bed was, as always clean and ready to go…felt great!! As I left they stopped cleaning and wished me good night. However, my old SUV has been acting up and I had to ask them for a jump start. They both came to my aid when I needed a jump, more than the tanning even. Great employees and customer service!! I’d recommend them for your tanning , relaxation and vehicle maintenance as well! •°☆~☆°•

I wanted a quick spray tan to prepare for a trip to Mexico. $60 later the tan was incredibly light and uneven. When I responded to an email questionnaire for comments, the manager responded with a form email saying thanks but we’re not gonna do anything about it. Not recommended..
