I consistently have a great experience at this location. Today in particular was worth making a review for. The young woman who appeared to be working alone was navigating an interaction with an apparently impaired and unhoused woman. She handled the situation with calm and showed equal respect for both myself and the impaired woman.

I moved here permanently 18 months ago, and after I stumbled upon this location, it’s not the closest to my home or work, but I continue to tan here because of the staff, Amber welcomed me with opens arms July of 2020. Critical: ProfessionalismThe day I signed up the gal was amazing super kind, very knowledgeable. After that the customer service has been terrible. One gal made me feel I was an inconvenience on her day at work by just coming in to tan. Didn’t ask her hardly any questions she clearly didn’t want to be there.My 3rd time in, there was 3 employees working the counter all 3 of them were rude, I’m new so I had asked a couple questions the gal was short and didn’t care at all. I got out of the tanning bed asked one gal about the massage chair and if I’m allowed to use after a tanning session she said yes and head to the room and she’ll show me how to use it. I went and sat in the room for ten minutes waiting for her and I go out to ask the employees where she was since she was going to help me and she went for a smoke. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Don’t make a customer wait for your bad habits. Then the gal who did help me made me wait as well so she can finish a conversation with her co-worker on top of that she didn’t even know how to use the chair.I love their beds. Great quality beds. But the customer service is just horrible. Besides the first day the gal who signed me up. Worst place ever.DONT GO HERE!!! This place don’t teach there employees their policies to inform customers. I paid money for a month’s unlimited tanning and got to tan 4 times and that’s it.when I spoke to the manager all she said was I got my money’s worth Tanning

Last time I visited the service was not great. The only reason it is not getting a higher review was because one employee who works there is not doing a good job. If you happen to visit on a day she is off the customer service is much better.
