Palm Beach Tan

Critical: ValueI originally cancelled my membership when winter came but I was convinced to sign up for another membership which is one spray tan a month. I signed up, only to learn that this does not include the bronzer which is another $18 (!). That was frustrating, but I decided to move forward anyway. So, I got a tan in early October and I went back in early November for my next month’s tan, only to find out that it had “only been 27 days, not 30 days” so I could not get a tan without paying full price. Apparently they do not go by calendar months, which is what I was told when I signed up. Instead, they track it within 30 days of your last tan so if you go on October 6 and want to tan again on November 4, there is no way around paying full price. I hear this is Grant’s policy and I also hear that there was another women who had the same compliant. I cancelled my policy on the spot because this is the dumbest policy and I simply cannot be giving my business to a company with silly policies that cause unnecessary stress the day before a wedding. Critical: PunctualityI enjoy this place and all the friendly staff though the doors are supposed to open at 7AM and is 710AM on a Tuesday and nobody is here yet.
