If I could rate them at a 0 I definitely would unfortunately. I went in for my monthly spray tan and found out I have been getting charged for a full price spray tan over $42 the last 4 times I have been in there! I am beyond shocked that I found out from Vanessa dark hair I believe there. I asked her if she could explain to me why I was getting charged full price for my spray tans, when I told her I have been paying $42- $48 each time. I was just frustrated and asked her why they have been charging me a different amount each time. She said sorry they charged you full price, I told her yeah but I pay for the $15 (monlthy) and she apologized. I would love some feedback and to speak to the manager or owner of that Store.( I know.. being that Karen) I was planning on switching over to Totally Tan where I get charged for what I already pay for. I am BEYOND shocked in disbelief, I could see if it was maybe a one time mistake. We all make mistakes, but it has been EVERY SINGLE TIME until my last visit I paid the actual amount of what I should be paying!! I would definitely like a refund and the amount of full amount spray tans that I paid for AGAIN. I am not a person to ever complain but I will not support a company who charges you a full amount for something when I already pay for it. I’m very disappointed and I know how the tanning industry can be tricky due to me working at one a few years ago. I just want to be compensated for the over charges that I have been paying. Thank you to the lovely gal there who showed me that I’ve been over paying, she mentioned that the previous one is no longer working there. I just want help on this and for the manager to know what’s really going on at your store. I definitely will be going in there to speak to someone. I’m just disappointed. I hope this reaches the store owner.

I love this place. The staff is wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable, and beyond kind. The beds are great and the prices are more than reasonable. All the workers are exceptional but I have to give a big shout-out to Nellie who went above and beyond to provide great service!!! I highly recommend this place!

I’ve been tanning elsewhere for several years and decided to switch because I wasn’t satisfied with the other salons bulb and bed upkeep any longer. I’ve been at PBT for 2 weeks and my tan has gotten super dark, even with me skipping several days! Beds are new all of the features in them actually work, including the air conditioning in the higher level beds… so you don’t get hot! Super nice, so glad I switched! 🙂

Employees were very friendly and good at their knowledge of all the beds, lotions, and packages! The manager Kelsey was constantly smiling and friendly to me and the other customers that were there as well. I would definitely recommend going here and getting a package deal. They’re worth it. The beds are awesome and The Mystic spray tan was phenomenal. The girls are really good at knowing which color would look natural with your skin and not turn you orange!

The staff at the Woodbury location are some of the most unfriendly and unhelpful. First time at this location. I tanned, spray tanned and used the massage chair. She never said a word to me from one spot to the next. Didn’t say thank you when I left. Nothing. Bland.Salon was fine.

I canceled my membership today after noticing that the ant problem, (that has been going on here for months) has not been taken care of. I literally killed four ants in my room today as I was putting lotion on, one which was on the top of my foot. When I addressed the ants to a staff member, she said that they have been aware of this issue and have had several complaints, but that nothing is being done about it….

Her intention is to get you in a contract and charge you double without clarification of the terms of the contract. After bringing this to her attention she refused to help me and work with me so I canceled my membership after being charged DOUBLE on my bank account. I asked for a printed copy of my contract and the information was completely inaccurate. Customer service is poor!!!! It’s a shame that this business doesn’t value their customers during a PANDEMIC! I walked in expecting my Darque tan package I paid for right before they went out of business to be lost. Thank you to the owners who were thoughtful of the customers by honoring that or buying it or whatever you had to do. The lady in front of me had a complicated problem the front desk lady went way above and beyond helping her looking up a place in another state and calling her manager for help. As a business owner myself working in sales, I can appreciate her that for the other customer. I read reviews about new staff pushing sales hardcore, I didn’t experience that feeling. I saw passionate, helpful, great customer service. Don’t write them off bc of the change, they deserve a chance. I’ll be a loyal customer to them going fwd.

Critical: ProfessionalismI’m a chiropractic doctor and have tanned in several salons over the years. With the coronavirus I chose not to go tanning over the summer. When I did go back and I saw that my account had been billed for a couple months I felt that I should get a credit for that due to the coronavirus confusion.The employee there said I was sent an email explaining I’d be billed again but I did not see that. Statistics show that 15% of emails are actually opened and I didn’t catch that.The office manager at the Woodbury location that I dealt with was rude and basically a bully.I’ve also found that several of the other employees at the Woodbury location are not very friendly or helpful. They always try to upsell products and do not understand customer service.After I left I received an automated email asking about my last visit at the tanning salon. I expressed that I was unhappy with the way it was handled and I felt that the office manager was rude. I went in to tan after that and was notified I no longer can use the Palm Beach tanning facilities – because of my complaint. They did keep my money that was billed over the COVID summer, however.
