All of the staff is knowledgeable but I feel certain staff is more attentive/service oriented than others (forgetting to turn on spray tan booth or asking me to do it myself along with adding solution myself isn’t exactly what one asks for when they are paying a monthly fee plus upgrade fees everytime they come in). I will say the palm beach spray tan booth is neat as it really customizes to your skin tone, I’ve gotten so many compliments on how natural my spray tan looks.

I got a few spray tans here. I had good experiences and everyone was friendly. Went to cancel my membership after a month and they never answer their phones. I called a ton of times, got through once… and was asked to hold and then I waited for so long on hold I think their end was hung up. It was very frustrating as the account was going to automatically be charged if I didn’t cancel today. I finally called a different location and they were able to cancel my membership for me….. thank goodness!!

Kind & friendly staff. Clean facility. However, if you sign a membership agreement and you want to cancel make sure you do so early. I signed up for one month of unlimited tanning before my wedding reception and I missed my cancelation date by one day. I called and asked if there was any way I could cancel since I did not need an additional month of tanning and let them know I would come in person to cancel that night if it was a possibility. The front desk associate called their manager to ask and they stated they cannot cancel the membership even if it is just one day over the cancelation period since it is in my contract or “EFT agreement”… I get it but we just had a wedding and so many other things going on and family staying with us from out of town. They stated it didn’t matter and that they cannot make an exception. Business over customer service and satisfaction. Very unfortunate.

Love the location of this Palm beach! I can get my shopping done at target, grab a cup of coffee at Starbucks, then take some time for me tanning and getting my nails done. The beds are top of the line, love, love the one with red light therapy it’s defiantly a time saver. Thank you all for always being so welcoming and helpful!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI called this place ahead of time for me and 3 of my friends to get a spray tan. The man on the phone told me that the spray tans we were looking for were $30. After speaking to the woman at the front desk and explaining the information the guy told me over the phone, she insisted they were $45 and when I questioned her she asked if I would like to speak to a manager. I didn’t bother and just paid the $45 but she had total attitude with me the rest of my session. After it was over, my face had an insane reaction and was bright red and had a burning sensation. Come to find out, when I was getting sprayed and she was ringing up my friends, she only charged them $35. Overall, would not recommend this experience at all. I have been a frequent tanner for years. After I had my daughter I started tanning again at 5$ tan. We froze our membership yet continued to rack up charges for 6 months when we were not even tanning. We started going to palm beach tan and we love it. The customer service is amazing. The employees are very knowledgeable about the products they sell as well as each bed. I’m someone who likes to go straight to a high level bronzing bed and one of the employees suggested going in a lower level bed to build up (I forget what it’s called) in my skin to get a really nice base. They are all so helpful and I never have to wait to tan. My fiancé and I both go so we do the platinum package and one of us gets half off that way which is amazing. The salon is beautiful and always clean. Love love love this place !

I am disabled and walk into this stand up first of all the floor is wobbly up and down the grip bars pulled off weren’t even screwed in I fell backwards out of the machine!! Told the ladies On duty What had happened she said well…the district manager will give you one free upgrade… are you kidding me I am cancelling my Membership to this place! Just know that your well being is not their top priority!!
