The customer service I receive at this location is beyond great. I’ve been treated so good and felt pampered my first week or so. I was on a different side of town one day and decided to try a different location and their beds were so much better. As I came back to this location I wasn’t seeing much of a difference in my tan so I started visiting each location when I had time and I started getting such a good tan yet still coming here. I love the customer service and the cleanliness just wish the bulbs were replaced more often so I can come here every time. This is my “home” store. Talk the management into taking better care of the bulb rotation and you guys will be #1 !!!

I usually don’t go to the Palm Beach Tan on the west side because I’m closer to the one on 26- but I had the best customer service today as I went with amazing help from Trinity. She spent so much time explaining all the different products that I asked about and was really excited to do so which made me feel super comfortable to keep asking questions about multiple different products. I’ve had other past experiences but Never felt comfortable asking others about more than a couple products at a time because it would be obvious that unless you were going to buy something that the questions you asked would be a waste of their time and would make me feel like I was almost being a nuisance because I had so much questions- which of course, would turn me away and make me not want to buy anything – even if I was super interested in it. There would even be different sales going on to where it would’ve been a great deal for me to buy but decided not to because of the way of how I was responded to. I’ve never had such a great & positive interaction though as I did tonight with Trinity’s help answering all of my questions about all the different products and with such excitement to do so. She was so friendly that I think I’ll definitely want to keep coming to the Palm Beach Tan on the west side because when you have someone so grateful to help you it is an experience that you’ll always remember. Super grateful!!
