Critical: ProfessionalismCanceled my account which had $48 in it that had accumulated. I can’t tan anymore. Was told that I had 12 months to use it. Said i didn’t tan anymore and I fully understood it’s not refundable. Was told by the representative that i could have my wife use it. She told me it was my money and i should use it or lose it. She even suggested my wife get a spray tan for the holidays. So…I told my wife that she should go get a spray tan with it. We called today, person informed me I couldn’t let her use my $48. Basically they are liars or just are really poorly managed. Manager blamed the employee, threw her under the bus, rather than doing the right thing. So this compounds an already negative situation. One thing Palm Beach Tan forgets is whomever I am dealing with IS the face of their business. I’m a small business owner myself. Doing the right thing wouldn’t have cost them any money at all. But I guess it’s really not my money after all. We have used this business for probably 2 or 3 years, before they changed brands. Definitely not customer focused. Canceled my account which had $48 in it that had accumulated. I can’t tan anymore. Was told that I had 12 months to use it. Said i didn’t tan anymore and I fully understood it’s not refundable.
