I love Palm Beach Tan! The girls are always nice & knowledgeable! I don’t spray tan much but when I do I love it besides the last time. It was $30 and the color didn’t stay! I love Palm Beach they have a great selection of products and most of their employees are knowledgeable and very patient and kind. Except for some at the 3rd Street location. I frequent the one on the north side and all the employees have been kind of there are very helpful and respectful.

First of all, the girl was super nice and let us get our tans even though it was 5 minutes before they closed. Second of all, I had never gotten a spray tan before and the girl was super patient with me with telling me how to do everything. I highly recommend going to this specific Palm Beach! Also, their prices aren’t outrageous either!!

You have no way of working with your account unless you physically walk in to their facility. I called them from out of town to let them know my credit card got hacked and I wouldn’t be back in town until later this month. So after a few “I’m sorry, its policy, you really should read the fine print” and $75 later, my account is closed! I will never deal with them again!!

Girls are always very friendly and helpful. Always before I have had no complaints. Recently frustrated with lack of communication related to when bought tanning sessions expire and specials. I generally tan prior to beach vacations only. I had a session left for the most expensive bed and no one had told me they expire if not uses over a few months time frame. Important for staff to be more informative related to these things. Staff was apologetic, however did not offer anything for the mix-ups.

My wife signed up for a tanning package. This was her first time tanning in a long time and her skin is fair. She got the consecutive package for one week. She used the base 10 minute bed. She was not told she should only go for a few minutes and not the entire 10. She got out at 8 minutes on her own and got fried. The recommendations for the amount of time to go is listed on the side of the top of the bed so you don’t see it unless the bed is closed. Of course now she will not be able to tan the next day or after and maybe even after that and will lose out on those sessions. Called to complain about it and they said nothing they can do about it and to call the cooperate office. She was also in their system already under her previous last name and they didn’t want to even bother updating her info in the system. I would give zero or negative stars if I could. Will not be going there again.
