The manager today was so sweet and helpful! She assisted me in getting the best deal and gave me a tour of the store! The store was very well kept and I absolutely loved how the goggles are given at the station rather than having to purchase a pair, as well as having deodorant in the room. You can tell they care about your experience there, I will definitely be returning!

I got talked into a monthly membership when I was just wanting to try it out. Didn’t even get to tan that day or EVER due to health issues and instead of refunding my money or letting me cancel when I call them explaining this they tell me I better get there before the 25th or they are charging me again. They won’t let me cancel via phone. So if I don’t get there by 10pm tonight here comes another unused month as I’m not allowed to tan right now.
