I love PBT’s Versa Spray tan, but first, I can’t see paying for a $70 membership for an Ergoline bed when I can go to Planet Fitness and use the same bed for a full gym membership plus for under $30…. I feel that every time I go into PBT, the staff is different….. I loved the previous staff especially the part time girls, they were fun, upbeat and very helpful and knowledgeable…. I went there a couple of days ago and the girls that were there were helpful but the district manager that was there, was very condescending….. I had talked to Sierra the previous manager about freezing my membership due to me just starting a new job and I wouldn’t get paid for a month because of the company’s pay structure, she advised that due to it being passed the date of cancellation or freezing that they could possibly refund my October payment and she had called to let me know that it was approved, so when I went in a couple of days ago, to check on it, the DM advised that since Sierra was no longer there, she couldn’t authorize the refund, I told her that it had already been approved, and she seemed put off by helping me and calling corporate, she had a horrible attitude…. I ended up just canceling my membership, I was going to switch it from tanning to sunless tan, but with her attitude, it didn’t sit well with me, I’m in management and I could never treat people as poorly as she treated me, especially being a paying customer…. I will definitely go somewhere else to get my spray tan

This is by far the worst place I have ever tanned and I have been tanning for 10+ years the staff is the worst they tell you on price an charge you another I’ve been literally told 3 different times I was not aloud to use the restroom because it was closed an it was not even 9:00 the only name I can remember is Whitney she was very rude stopped me on my way to the restroom saying I basically needed to turn around because it was closed an it was like 8:30 not to mention when I got the package I was told 50 dollars an that it included the stand up because that’s what i prefer an I said it more then once all to find out when I got to the front to pay after taking a tour that 50 turned into 90 well I just said ok I’ll pay it this one time o it gets worse then after tanning twice I try to use the stand up my third time an they tell me it’s not included in my package when I tell you mad was a understatement I would highly advise you to not get a package at least . They are truly some of the rudest girls make you feel very out of place .an that I have congested heart failure so I take water pills everyday an it makes me use the restroom more then a average person an then to feel like I’m a bother because I need to use the restroom somewhere that I just paid 90 dollars for 12 min a day an don’t even go no where close to everyday God don’t like ugly

Went for my first time around 4pm, and was highly disappointed. The deal I was offered seemed great but when it was time to pay I ended up spending over 40. The girl helping me was great so I went with it. The next day I arrived around 1pm there was a different girl there. She told me she would allow me this ONE time to tan but next time I have to wait a full 24 hours. And hee attitude was less than favorable. Considering her poorly drawn on eyebrows, I don’t think she should talk to anyone in that manner. Needless to say I won’t be going back because the 24 hour rule is not conducive with my schedule and sun central don’t have such a ridiculously inconvenient rule.

I would love to leave a great review, but there are hidden charges. I was charged $69.24 on my card, that was not the price I was told when I called. I did add primer, but I can’t imagine a tiny pack of primer costing $20.00. A business should be upfront about the cost of their services.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueLast week I called on a Wednesday to see if I needed to make an appointment for a Saturday spray tan (as a new customer), I was told “no, we take walk-in.” So on Saturday we pick out a medium shade spray tan that lasts 7-10 days with a primer. It comes to $23, not too expensive, about mid-price. Then 5 minutes later she tell us it will be another $32, she forgot to add on the “walk-in fee” and cost of primer. First, there was NEVER mention of a walk-in fee when I called, otherwise I would have made an appointment. Second, this “add-on fee” was not posted any where and she couldn’t give me the cost. Last, a single primer pack (for 1 session) only runs about $6 on average, she didn’t give me the cost she charged nor any receipt that had line items on what I was being charged and how much for each (which is illegal, consumers have that right according to both State & Federal laws). So I spent $55 for ONE spray tan. I will NOT be going back, I feel “ripped-off.” They just loss the chance of a repeat customer (weekly) and profits that would far exceed the $32 of “extra fees.” Extremely bad business dealing. I found another place for a monthly cost of $65 for the same service. They will get my repeat business and money. Make sure you look around at other places and price them. I’m usually in love with the spray tan booth. This last one I purchased though was $60 plus and it didnt last like the first one that I got. Also didnt smell good like the first one 🙁 Tan faded in like 2 days lasted over a week with my first one. Its alot to spend if it doesnt last. Sad about it because I can only spray tan so i was hoping it would be my new go to. The ladies working are very friendly and helpful. I didnt want to be one of those people who complained to get a freebie.

The beds are great.. The girls are really nice and helpful. The only drawback was when it came to explaining the prices of upgrading. Get the I Beds don’t spend $ on the others. That’s where you get charged each level.

The girls that work there are nice but the buy one get one free spray tan was a total lie. It’s spend over $60 on 1 and then pay over $30 the second time. That’s not free and total false advertisement. I expected to get the same tan I purchased the first time exactly what the manager Kelly told me I would get but today I was informed by kaylee that it’s not actually free.
