Always clean. And every time I have had to wait for a bed they have been so apologetic (I really don’t mind though, I understand there are limited higher level beds ). The bulbs are always new. I am a pale white fair skinned individual with trouble getting a tan and with their guidance and lotion suggestions after just a few weeks of regular tanning, I have a gorgeous tan already!
