I have usually always had a great experience at Palm Beach. The consultants in store and managers are always very friendly and polite. I cancelled my membership in June or July of this year. I was told that it apparently was not cancelled at this time. My account was randomly charged $115 for October. Iv reached out and the district manager was unsuccessful in helping me or even in returning my call. I Do not recommend this company.

I was in the area and decided to stop in for a spray tan. The young lady who assisted me was absolutely fantastic! She was so sweet and helpful. Next time I want a tan, I will not be going to my local salon. I will be sure to visit this salon again! It’s further from my home, but we’ll worth the trip!

Terrible customer service and sales experience. I explained I tan infrequently to get a base tan then do not after. I was told my best option was a package as a single tanning session was $40! I was also told I would not be charged if I no longer tanned there. So tanned less than a handful of times and was charged $300 and billed for months I did not tan. Do not waste your time or money. Worst experience I have had at any salon.

Reasonable prices for their tanning packages, great beds, and the staff are always friendly and outgoing and extremely helpful. When I first joined I had very pale skin and no idea where to begin. The woman at the counter helped me choose a tanning accelerator for my skin type and a plan on how often to tan to start off. Within a month I had a beautiful golden tan and now only need to maintain it!! Definitely 5 star service and I would recommend to anyone looking for tanning needs.

Most expensive spray tan ive ever gotten at $70 but it lasted my whole vacation through the sand and water and a whole week after. Everybody thought it was natural. The girls at the front desk are very pleasant and helped me through the process of finding the right color.

Palm Beach Tanning salon is hands down the cleanest salon I have ever been to and the girls there are the friendliest!
