Victoria at Eastgate goes above and beyond to assure I’m taken care of. Always willing to help even when she is the only employee working. Kristen the manager of Eastgate also provides excellent service. Both are always smiling all while taking care of the entire building. They seem short staffed however it never stops them from providing outstanding customer service to everyone, every day.

PBT was great until you try to stop your monthly subscription. After finaly getting it on hold (so I thought) I am still receiving charges over a year later. Every time I call the Milford Oh location which is always where I went they say they do not have record of placing my account on hold (or freezing it) and Ill have to call back later when a manager is available. I have called several times and that is always the response nobody is ever able to help. I have even changed my credit card number and they still are getting charges on my account. I dont know what to do anymore they have completely terrized my credit card! Being a single mom it has screwed me bad and I cant get help from them I have even emailed corporate and waiting on a response. $40 somehing dollars a month is a lot for nothing …my card has seriously been charged that much almost every month for over a year DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH PALM BEACH TAN AND UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CREDIT CARDS DESTROYED DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. They promise putting your account on hold or freezing it is not a big deal and easy but here I am with a huge debt and nothing!

What happened to the selection of music? Or any music? They did away with the music in the tanning beds. The people working there are always very friendly. It’s always clean. But I miss the music. One part of loved tanning.
