The staff are top notch. The tanning beds are hot and most offer music, facial tanning, aroma mist and built in fans. I highly recommend the loveland Ohio location. I am very disappointed in the customer service at the Palm Beach Tan on Loveland Madeira Road. I purchased tanning products 10 days ago and was told today that I am not able to return them because I only have a seven day allowance for return. I was not told that upon purchase. Nor was I given a receipt at purchase. The return policy is not posted at the point of sale. Which should it should be. The product I purchased is not worth the money. And I want my money back. Very disappointing in the product as well as the service after the sale at Palm Beach Tan. The staff there has always been very kind. But this product is not worth some money. And I expect better from Palm Beach Tan.

New little pricey but overall was a good experience it was my first time getting a spray tan and the girl behind the counter was very knowledgeable and very nice. Only real downside was a co-worker told me that I shouldn’t take a shower for 24 hours so I didn’t but at the store they say only 4 to 8 hours. But all in all Palm Beach Tan is a nice place but just like any business you can catch people on their off days that means that some people experience a good and others a bad.

Great place to tan. They have different packages to choose from. They’re a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. I have a platinum membership for 60 a month. I achieved the color I wanted in about 2 and a half weeks. They are also trained to give the best advice so you dont burn.

I came here years ago! 2012 to be exact. It was a pain to cancel my membership, had to talk to several managers, and signed a termination paper. Came back, in 2019, for a 1 time visit (because i vividly remember what a pain the membership was), and she told me there was a $50 balance!!!! And it couldnt be waived and there were no papers on file. Didnt even offer to help sort it out or call anybody. According to the reviews I’m not the only one. Heading to tan envy in Oakley now (no memberships, no problems).

The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. My problem was with billing. When I cancelled my membership, they continued to bill me monthly, small charges I didn’t notice. When I noticed months later and alerted them, they refunding my money.

This place is a joke. Buyer beware. Tried to cancel the membership. They still charge the card for 5 months. Called the Loveland branch 3 times. Same response. Have to talk to a manger and they will call back. Never did. Had to cancel my card and report the charges. Stay away from this place.

This was the first place I’ve ever tanned and it was a great experience. I tanned here for approximately 5-6 months and it was always clean, the staff were all incredibly nice and helpful, and I could always get in and out in less than a half hour. Because I’d never gone to a tanning salon before, I had no idea what I was doing. The staff were very good about explaining how to do everything and what lotions would be best for me.
