Most of the staff is friendly, go above and beyond in explaining options. I only spray tan. Results are more inconsistent than other locations and i get a but of splatter but they are machines so not sure if it’s the way they prep the solution or the machines themselves. Would still recommend for those that are pale as I am and try to avoid the extra uv. I do use a pre lotion and have tried the extender solution but results never last beyond 3 days.

Upon arriving I was greeted by both employees at the front desk, the employee who helped me went over all of the spray tan options and helped me find the best choice for my individual wants and never pressured me to choose whatever the most expensive option was. All employees I met were very kind and helpful. It’s been a long time since I have been in a tanning salon and I was really impressed with the customer service, cleanliness, and options this salon has. I made a last minute decision the day before I went on vacation to get a spray tan, I called Palm Beach and asked if they had availability and they told me to come anytime. Upon arriving I was greeted by both employees at the front desk, the employee who helped me went over all of the spray tan options and helped me find the best choice for my individual wants and never pressured me to choose whatever the most expensive option was. All employees I met were very kind and helpful. I definitely plan on coming back again soon.

I started tanning here a year ago. This is a great place to tan and everyone is friendly and helpful. Only 1 suggestion: During the peak tanning season, perhaps have more than 1 person working the opening shift. It gets very busy, very fast. In my opinion, having 2 people open the store would benefit your early tanners and minimize wait times. Other than that my experience has been positive and I will continue to be a loyal customer at this location.

Went in for tan two wks ago untrained staff set bed for 3 minutes. Then I was told had to wait 24 hours before I could tan again and they called the manager and told me I would get a free tan next time and could upgrade bed. It was not free I had paid for it and they would not refund me. I went in to tan today and girl I talked to said she was the manager and did not say I could have an upgrade. I did have spray tan membership and I have canceled. The manager did not seem upset to loose someone that has been a customer for several years.

Great staff always super friendly since the first day I went there! The beds are amazing! Who knew tanning could be this great!! You can even play your music from your phone in some of the beds! Plus they provide eyewear so you don’t have to worry about always having yours!

Great beds but each employee you speak with gives a different explanation about packages and policies. This was our 2nd year of tanning at PB. We freeze our accounts during the winter and unfreeze during the spring. We were charged to unfreeze this year and last year we were not nor were ever told the tan dollars can only be used on certain things. We had over $50 each in tan dollars this year and $20 was taken for the unfreeze fee and the rest we were told could only be used on product. We also were told we had a $25 gift card that also could only be used on product. We buy our lotion from an outside company at much lower prices so everything we have earned is useless. Doesn’t make much sense to take money from people every month for the tan dollars and then take the money we have earned to unfreeze your account and limit what you can do with the money. We also were quoted $60 a month for a platinum package then yesterday it was $70. We had enough and cancelled our memberships so we pretty much had $50 stolen from us that we can’t get back. We were also informed that it could take weeks for us to get a refund. This is a scam and we are telling other people we know not to tan with PB. Employees need better training explaining the packages and policies. We love your beds but the continued issues have forced us to look for another company to tan with.

First visit to this facility. I was here visiting from Dallas. TX. The staff and facility were great! However, it was wayyyy to cold in there. I was doing a spray tan and almost couldn’t make it thru my whole session! Wind chill was 30 outside, but they still had the ac on! Turn some heat on!!!
