Really like the Mystic machine, and the sun beds. The girls are also very nice, however it seems that almost every location i’ve been to lately, the spray machine is down, & a lot of the beds are outdated or the ac/fan doesn’t work in them anymore. Is also a bit pricey. I’ve found several other places charging nearly half the price for the same if not more services, as well as newer equipment, and I don’t have to pay for additives to spray. Never had a bad experience here with any of the employees, but issues with equipment, which wasn’t any of the girls fault.

I come in to tan an they have only one bed working in my tan package (which was the highest package for years). so instead of offering a bed I the next package up , they just offer in the lower packages. I have been paying for the highest package for years and years . Until They recently added a higher package above the one I have , because they added “better beds” . But When you pay big bucks for over 7+ years, the employers at Palm Beach Tan should show their customers a little more appreciation. Why should the customers have only the option to go down in a bed quality when a bed in our package breaks down. Step it up Palm Beach an offer your customers something better to make up for the inconveniences .

I have used this place for tanning for years because I love the service and Gold Level beds. However recently the service has not been up to par. I was told that a lower level bed was the same as the upper level bed, which was out of order. This turned out to be incorrect. I got burned up, even after stopping the session half way through. The service is just less than it use to be.

I came here from the Xenia location which is top notch and thought surely they would be upgrading not only the building but at the very least the beds. But sadly in three years things have just gotten more decrepit. Time to find a new place. Tanning

Love the beds especially the diamond bed! Some might say it’s too expensive but if you get the monthly diamond membership it’s so worth it. I get so tan after going maybe 3 times. The staff at this location are so nice and helpful. I recommend this tanning salon to everyone who is looking for the best!

Loved my membership I had here! I really miss it! Unlimited Spray Tanning, and Tanning bed accessibility. Also discounts on products! I love this place! One day I will be able to go back! I even was well known by the wonderful staff who worked there when I was a member! Highly recommend Palm Beach Tan, and the Versa sprays! And the stand up beds, but my favorite bed, was the water misting! Omg I loooved it, was sooo relaxing, very enjoyable I always had a gorgeous spray tan, that was not orange! As well as a a really tan along with it, was more of just a beautiful sun-kissed bronzer for my real tan. It was gorgeousness!!! I felt so great about my complexion. It even helped my self esteem. All you gotta do is just have to make sure you get the correct shade is all, and you’ll look absolutely just fab! ♥ It will take you a few times to get your spray tan just right though, but once you do, you’ll feel amazing!
