The beds are nice and all the features work so far. The workers are frieny but I’ve never been in a nastier palm beach tan… the floors are carpet and are black and full of dirt and so are the clear mats they have laying in front of the beds. I don’t even want to put my feet on the floor. Carpets need ripped out and hard floors installed. I expect better from such a known tanning salon. Please fix this issue! I don’t want to have to drive out of my way to another one!

The worst customer service ever!!!!! In 2017 I had bought a month or so of tanning….. I had gotten my card stolen and my wallet and my purse and everything. Since I had to cancel my card, I called palm beach tan a few days later to let them know the car was no longer valid and I was out about 300$ from my wallet getting stolen. I go back in just the other day to try and start tanning again and they tell me I have a 170$ fee!!!!! Are you kidding me?! Before I can tan I have to pay that. BUT YET they forgot to mention that on the phone when I called and the manager said I didn’t know what I was talking about. That’s absolutely pathetic to speak to a customer like that. I will go ahead and take my business somewhere else because I’m definitely not paying that 170$ after she spoke to me that way.

Well I went here despite seeing all the horrible review on Google, I thought I would still give them a chance at least. Wow was that a big mistake. I feel like I was seriously cheated out of my money, the girls that work there are not polite what so ever, worst customer service, and the manager there didn’t even care to make things right. Tantalize right down the street never treated me like this and I always felt safe and secure with them having my credit card on file. Palm Beach takes money out of your account and doesn’t tell you! Not happy with this place what so ever. And if there were an option to give them Zero stars then I absolutely would.

I just visited this location wanting to do a basic walk in. The girl gave me a speach pressuring me to buy the spray tan package and when I declined pushed for a monthly tanning package. when I told her I only wanted a level one walk in she said it would not give me any color unless I did ten sessions and then said because I hadn’t been to her location she would only let me do 8 minutes. She interrogated me about if I had lotion to which I said I did. I probably would have been fine just doing 8 minutes and not thought anything of it if she were nice but because she wasted my time and patience I decided to go somewhere else- I will never visit this location again.

Terrible customer service. Quite a few girls that work at the Mason location could use a class or five on customer service and professionalism. They act like they are bothered the second a customer walks through the door. Theyre not even knowledgeable about the beds when you ask questions. The Versa is always “broken” or not “spraying correctly”. Do better.

This is the nastiest tanning place I’ve ever been to. First time I walked in there was some type of blood on the bed after they said it was “clean” and ready for me to use. They took money out of my account even after I canceled my membership. The girls that work there are no help what to ever and neither is the manager. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service anywhere ever until I walked in this place. I will literally never walk into another Palm Beach Tan in my life.

I’ve literally never experienced such bad customer service in my life than I have at this place. Paid for a full month (4 weeks) and they only let me tan for 3 weeks. One of the girls gave me such an attitude and basically laughed at my face… again the WORST customer service ever. Go here if you want to get screwed out of your money! Should of went to Tantalize in the very beginning.
