Starting off if you’ve read some of the other reviews they are correct, it is pretty pricey. Especially if you want the better beds I will admit. However, there are several packages you can choose from if one is not feasible just be sure to ask prices and the actual monthly total you will be paying because they sometimes aren’t the clearest on that. Which brings me to the second part of the review the very friendly, bubbly, knowledgeable, and kind staff do push the products but they make commission on them I believe and are just trying to work to survive like the rest of us so if you can’t buy the products just POLITELY turn them down and I can almost promise you they will not be mean and nasty or think any less of you. The facility is VERY clean, and I rarely have to wait for a bed, they are upgrading a lot of their beds and adding some newer high tech. Beds as well. Lastly, and one point I really want to bring up is they change the bulbs in the beds OFTEN! A lot of places I’ve been to in the past do not do that except once a year or so. All in all if you are just honest and upfront and tell them YOU will let them know if your interested in any products, they can make a note of that in your file and you clearly explain you want to know the EXACT charges every month the place is really a fantastic salon!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe word “disappointment” doesn’t even come close to explaining this place. The employees are constantly trying to sell you things to the point where it makes you uncomfortable. When I tried to close my account for the summer, the employee screwed up and never closed it out properly. I was still charged almost $60 for that month. Although it was completely the employee’s error, I was the one that suffered from their mistakes. When I talked to the manager, he told me there was nothing he could do and refused to refund my money. These people are SCAM ARTISTS. They will take every last cent from you if they can! It got to the point where I canceled my credit card and declared fraud charges on them because I was afraid they weren’t going to stop charging me! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! First time customer today. My normal tanning salon closed early so I drove out to Medina planning to only tan once. Instead I bought a package and will be staying a customer. First, I was greeted by the nicest employees I’ve ever encountered. Literally so friendly and engaging. No pressure to buy anything, however, they informed me of specials and packages and answered my questions. Though my intention was only to tan once and return to my normal salon, these two ladies (Zoe who first greeted me and Jill who ultimately helped me) made the visit so memorable that I bought a package. I cannot say enough good things about their professionalism, politeness, and general demeanor. I owned a retail store at one point- I would have loved to have these ladies as employees. They represent an ideal employee. Great job either selecting the people or training them. Walked out with the best experience I’ve ever had a tanning bed. Well done!

The store manager was so helpful and thorough and really knew her stuff when it came to the different beds and skin care. The place is so clean and the staff is wonderful. I was a regular at my local tanning salon for almost two years and after the amazing service I had today at Palm Beach, I’m never going back there. I‘m actually so excited to start coming here to tan. Thank you so much to the manager who helped me out (I wish I remembered her name)!! I just had THE BEST experience at Palm Beach Tan in Medina. I’m honestly amazed, so much that I had to write a review. The store manager was so helpful and thorough and really knew her stuff when it came to the different beds and skin care. The place is so clean and the staff is wonderful. I was a regular at my local tanning salon for almost two years and after the amazing service I had today at Palm Beach, I’m never going back there. I paid for a month but when I went to use it today they told me my membership was up. Technically I only got three weeks of tanning. It cost me over $120. Not sure why I am not getting my full month. Very disappointed. Tanning

They were closed down per the State of Ohio like all businesses. Now refuse to refund my frozen monies of $52.00. Charging me $30.00 late fees for a differential of one month of Covid start/stop. DO NOT allow this company to freeze your account and collect a monthly payment for it of $9 a month. YOU will not get this money back. I’ve been with this company three years closer to four years. No more! I have this guy on tape, you should hear him, if I could attach his voice recording to this review I would. Telling me I only have $22 left after deducting the $30 late fee to my account. Come on in spend it anyway you like. LOL, Neil Dankowski, I hope this bad review is worth you holding my money hostage. Believe me you, I won’t be walking back to any of your stores from Medina to Middleburg Hts. Also, I have emails that I emailed no return emails from Ryan Blanc since February 2021. I had a 25 dollar credit on my account that they found and the were so helpful at picking out the best products for me!
