Was going there for a few years, cancelled my membership as I was moving, filled out paperwork that I was told I couldn’t get a copy of and charges continued for almost a year and a half later. Called the manager who was very smug and condescending towards me and charges still continued. Talked to (an owner? District manager?) Who assured me I would have any more charges, but did. Finally had to cancel my card.

First time for a spray tan, called and made appointment for the $30 basic spray tan, the girl I spoke with was very professional and helpful assured me they would explain everything to me at the appointment being my first time, (she did not work the day of my appt.) I checked in and the girls tried to upsell a different package to me because I was going on vacation and swimming. She said this one would work better, it was over $90 and I said no thanks, their demeanor changed so fast, they stopped smiling, became rude, basically stopped talking to me, they took it too personal. The girl that took me to the booth was very flustered, kept stating this was not her normal store and didn’t know where anything was. She showed me the room and said it was all set and said the booth would talk me through it and left in a hurry. Disappointed in the customer service. Turns out the $30 spray tan I got was actually great, no weird markings and it lasted my vacation.

I’ll give it one star for it being close to my house, but that’s it. Make sure you cancel your card or they will keep charging you. Me and my mom were charged during the lock down and after. No calls about continuing our membership after the lock down, and still continued to charge for the last two years. How can you charge someone for a service when your business wasn’t even open? The girls are pushy about buying lotion, and make sure you tell them to talk low when training newbies about selling lotion…I don’t think a customer wants to hear, “just lie and say it’s your favorite and it’s the best.” Shows you know nothing about the product your selling.

If I could give them no stars I would! I was in the Parma/Seven Hills location today and I just wanted to say Mackenzie was VERY rude and pushy. I understand helping the customer choose the best option but she was not helpful and she always said millennium tanning “doesn’t bulb change or clean their beds” which I thought was totally unprofessional and horrible for business. I will never return and tell everyone I know about the forcible experience I had at palm Beach Tanning.

I haven’t been in for a while and was trying to set up just one tan or maybe a membership to come in twice a month. Kayli was totally incompetent, ran my credit card four times. She kept looking at the computer screen like it was an alien. And when she finally told me it would be $40 today and then so much a month, I walked out. I told her about the deals on the radio. She knew nothing about them.

Clean, fast, efficient, and super friendly staff. Vita and Sarah are the best. There are two Palm Beach Tan locations much closer to my residence, but the staff is the draw, the layout of the facility and the parking are secondary.
